Somewhat confusing on establishing. 6 digit pin was entered then 4 digit pin from text require. Located pin on text, but when I went back to app to enter screen reverted back to 6 digit screen.

Fails to update/show my up-to-date medical records since 2019. eClinicalWorks (eCW) & Healow technical support is non-existent or lackluster; was told to contact my healthcare provider for my recent vaccine results, when I called to report and troubleshoot an issue with their app & eCW data interface.

Needs a few improvements: (1) Set up. Search for the practitioner or practice is pretty poor. Doesn't return results well by name or practice name. Had to search by phone number. (2) when entering phone number, on android (Pixel 4 XL), when using the keyboard, (A) it won't pull up the number pad selection. (B) Reverts back to QWERTY keyboard after each number entered. (3) If you already have a username and pass you should get the option to skip the practice search. I hope eClinicalWeb attempts to form partnerships with other practices' EHRs so data can be shared both ways (like Epic).

Useless, have tried many many times to get into app, my provider has set me up with username and password, they also said that they have many complaints. after going through all the steps keep getting - incorrect user name/password.

This app is so very frustrating, and there is no where to go to get help......it says "Email address is invalid" I only have one email address, and it is entered correctly.

Useless, time-wasting app. Takes several unnecessary steps to install, and once installed, it did not work (Said my account had been "deactivated" when I put in the information. THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT FOR ACTUAL HUMAN INTERACTION, EITHER VIA TELEPHONE OR IN PERSON, WHEN IT COMES TO HEALTH ISSUES. Complete waste of time.
