It was great when I first got it a few months ago.. Now it's terrible.. Design has changed and looks like its made for a child, can't see the time in the day as its white and that part of my camera is looking at the clouds so can't see it. It's become so slow and takes ages to load into the live camera.

This app is becoming a let down now. This was something i had for very important reasons and recording when i needed. Why does the app not record the video as you are watching a live view now? That was a very important feature for me as i needed the videos i have from live view for an important peraonal reason. Now i cant have any videos recorded and downloaded from live view because nothing shows other than missed motion, which shows nothing at all due to the recording delay....

The quality of the picture is good. The notification sound isn't working, you can't enlarge the screen unless you screen shot it, the Wi-Fi "reach" connect is poor, I don't know the distance between WiFi connection you have to be. I don't think THIS camera is secured. I keep seeing numbers increasing & deceasing. I had a hard time impairing this camera, I ask the place where I brought it from to replace it but managed to get it to working. Still trying things out at this point.

I'm not able to select all videos for download and can only select all for delete. Please include option to select all videos for download otherwise I need to download each video individually and when there are 100+ videos each day it gets really tedious. Thank you.

Not good at all I was very happy at the beggining. You where able to see the bell cam in the phone, notification is good just it notfied every secon. Its said its because of the light but even when is raining it notified. It used to record on each day now it does not when you go to the record there is nothing. When emergency happens I gues I wont have it record.

Notification that there is movement, just empty space recorded it really is useless. 1. SLOW response. 2. Only 15 seconds of video, anything that happens after 15 seconds you could easily be murdered in your bed. 3. Videos empty spaces as the response is shockingly terrible. There has to be a better app out there

Used to work well now can't connect phone to doorbell. Scanning bar code does nothing now. It did connect quick when I first connected them. But for some unknown reason they won't connect.

I do not receive any notifications on my phone when the doorbell is pressed. What's the point of getting a smart doorbell then? Developers please sort this out, I know I'm not the only one with this problem.

I'm fed up with this app asking me to log in every time I get a notification from the camera. I'll have to buy new camera to get rid if this annoying app. Absolutely rubish!!!

Connection can be slow or not connect. Thank you for updating the app to where i can change the time zone so the camera will have the correct time.
