Unable to sign in! I've used this app since 2017 to track my cycle and ovulation. Got pregnant in Jan 2019, had my daughter in October 2019. I've continued using the app since then to track my cycle. Now, all of a sudden, I'm not getting notifications, it's not predicting my cycles, and it's not saving the data I manually enter. Signed out to try and see if that triggered the app to fix the glitches. Now I can't even sign in! All data since 2017 gone, including my pregnancy. Super disappointed.

I used this app for 3 years, and it was very useful. Over the last couple of months it has changed. My info is not being saved, so I signed out to reset. It won't let me sign back in. Three years of detailed tracking is lost!!! I needed this app to find out when to expect my cycle or whether I am pregnant! Looking for another app!

The app itself was fine, I upgraded to Gold which was totally useless and now they will not cancel my membership. There is no where to cancel on the website and I've sent multiple emails asking to cancel. The response I get seems automated which basically says they want you to give feedback so they can fix an issue instead of canceling. The issue is that Gold is totally unnecessary and now I'm trapped in an email loop with what I assume is a bot who won't just let me go back to the free version. Honestly it's not worth it, I also use Ovia which I like much better.

I've had this app for almost 2 years. But I am still not pregnant. No customer service! If you wish to contact them, they first collect too much of your data and personal information, and about device you are using, before they help you with anything, and that's just to give a response to a simple question.. Also, the projected periods in upcoming months are totally messed up! For some reason app shows 2 periods in 1 coming month.. I tried to fix it, but app doesn't let you do it. Disappointed..

It's okay. I wish it had more daily insights and went into detail about my symptoms. It also brings up ads every time you close out of it. Ugggh we don't care. I have 3 other similar apps that I open first every day, so I keep this one around just because I'm obsessed with TTC right now.

I love ela, it makes tracking your cycle and ovulation so easy! you have access to fertility specialists, as well as neonatal meal plans personally designed for you! My favorite thing about ela is the amazing, supportive community of like minded women also on their ttc journey! The only thing i would change, it would be alot better if it had more options in the health log, for example, i wish it let you log your moods like, happy, emotional, irritable and so on and so fourth also it needs to add more physical symptoms, such as nauseous, bloated etc basically the health log is the only thing that needs improvement, it needs more options.

So far I really like this app. The one thing I would change though, is when I put that I have a high sex drive, it doesn't mean that I have had sex, it just means I'm really horny. Yet, if I put that I have a high sex drive, on the calendar it shows that it was a sex day. So I only put that I either had sex or had no sex drive. Please fix this. Maybe make a separate section for sex drive - high, low, or none. Thank you.

Deleting this app. Useless. No longer works. Have been trying to update my period date for a week, won't let me do anything. It seems that customer service has disappeared and no longer even replies to reviews left. Found a different app with better ratings.

I've used this app to get pregnant with both daughters. Came back since I'm trying again and it won't let me sign in. I see it's a common thing. It's always had many problems from the start. Was hoping it got better. I see it didn't unfortunately.

id give it a 5 if it was more helpful. it doesnt help track how long your period is late, it doesnt even let me put in that i havent gotten it. this was supposedly the best app to use to conceive but in finding me having to track certain things myself.
