So disappointed. Bought Electrolux dryer, had to return it next day because it was faulty. Got replacement, now app does not work. Gets stuck on "Loading networks". Wasted so much time on this faulty rubbish. If I could have given less than 1 star, I would have.

When trying to add my master 9 blender to the electrolux life app I get most of the way but when "connecting to cloud" the app will make my phone loosing connection to all Wi-Fi networks and the app is stuck in "connecting to cloud". When disabling the app I can immediately see all Wi-Fi networks again. I'm using 2.4 wifi.

Can't see stats when machine is off. This should be cloud based or at least copied over to the phone, why is nothing available when it's off?

Tried to register non-connected products (water heater & standing cooker) but not working. Don't know whether it's the web or the apps...

Does not connect to appliance. Initially when I bought the dryer last year, it connected up to the app, but when Ive tried to connect, it's been hit and miss. Wasting a lot of time trying to get the app to connect in order to use a drying setting that is on the app, not the dryer. Today, it will not connect at all, and the dryer doesn't remember my "favourite" setting. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and still nothing. Getting error 70. Pointless feature as it doesn't work.

App does not work!..... Constantly crashes and loses connection with washing machine.... have to close and reopen the app to reconnect to the washing machine. Get as far as connecting to the washing machine, open the wash cycle settings page, then can't select any wash program or adjust any wash settings, to even start a wash cycle...... its the worst performing app that I have ever used!.... absolutely useless!......

Useless, doesn't connect to cload. Can not use app. Phone help took 2 hrs they disconnect. Phone back now waiting 45 minutes, than on hold now 15 minutes.

I love thus app for selecting the appropriate wash cycle for m clothes. I would like to see a feature in selecting where I could add an extra rinse cycle. Customer service is exceptional, when I had a problem with the app not working, the team dealt with the problem very quickly.

Easy, worked first time. Was a tad concerned because of some of the negative reviews and poor star ratings. Follow the instructions and make sure you are using 2.4 mhz wifi like it instructed and it couldn't have gone better. Robot vacuum has the best navigation I have used (this is my 4th robot)

This app is junk. Failed to connect my appliance and remove appliance from adding list is a mess. The function that useful is hard to found in this app. While the thing this app do best is show advertise. Just focus on fuctioning app first please.
