I've used this in the past and it worked great! however this year, despite having the correct credentials, I can't login or sync. The rooms aren't listed, just the interactive map is given, but that doesn't seem to work on about half the programs, so where am I going? Looks like I'm going back to the printed schedule. It wouldn't be so bad if they would just update things to list the rooms as text in addition to the map. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing but delete favorites.

Please make improvements, this app was very useful during Con but there was a lot of features that could have really been useful. The Map GUI seems to only work within the Maps tab. It doesn't load after tapping through the mini map on an event's page and a floor level indicator here would have been useful. Also, a digital version of the Quick Start guide should be available within this app even if it's only a PDF.

7/18/19 update: the app notified me to download an update, after I did I was finally able to log in and sync my sched 7/12/19: Can't log in to my account, so I can't sync my schedule from the website, where my credentials work just fine, thank you. The app & sync process worked perfectly last year, but total fail after updating for 2019 SDCC. No obvious place to report a problem or to get help. So disappointing and frustrating.

The app is only as good as the info fed to it. Wondercon 19's execution was great. The maps worked, all the locations were correctly labelled, and the descriptions were actually helpful. Comic-Con 19's efforts to utilize this app were sub-par. The map function was a hot mess. Looking up exhibitor booth locations didn't work. Going from one panel to another required manually input your current location. Lastly, some events had no listed location at all. Comic-Con needs to get it together.

Ummmm. This app doesn't seem to recognize the login information that I use to login to the apps website. Update. We are nearly in the year 2020 and this has got to be one of THEE absolutely worst apps I have ever had the displeasure of trying to use. The web site is no better. This is truly unacceptable in an era of technological advancements. The developer and Comic Con International should be embarrassed.

Didn't work at all the whole con. Couldn't sort by location like last year without clicking on the map, which was very slow and unintuitive and I only found out about on Day 3. Search terms like popular shows which I know should have been in there revealed no results. Search results I did get were sorted by relevance not day making them useless. Why they didn't keep the app from last year I don't know.

They must use the Reality and Time stones to make this app worse each year, because at this point it feels inevitable. It doesn't sync with the browser MySched and gets stuck endlessly signing in like Jarvis in a logic loop. It crashes as often as a SHIELD helicarrier under attack by HYDRA. The app vs browser listings match up like Magneto vs Iron Monger. Dev response is about as active as Capt. Marvel in Phase 1. Map functionality? There is no map functionality in Ba Sing Se.

It won't let me sign into the app to sync my stuff, that wouldn't bother me too much as I could add it manually, but every other thing I click on asks me if I want to sign in and THAT ticks me off. If I could add to my "new" schedule smoothly, or just plain sign in, I would be happy with this app.

loved the app the previous years, but this year, so fill of bugs! kept crashing, them wouldn't sync, and god forbid you log out, then you are not able to log back in. the website works, but for 3 days haven't been able to login. Fix this asap, the con is in a few days. we need it!

I am having the same trouble other Galaxy users are having with the app. I cannot sync with MySched through the app which makes this worthless. I can create a schedule on my computer but that's not helpful for attending the show. What's worse is there is no support or troubleshooting available.
