On two different occasions already I've tried ordering through the app to no avail. Mobile ordering is essentially useless. I've tried changing restaurants and whatnot, and it's the same old, same old... It's a waste of time to put your mobile order together for it to ultimately be erased with an "unavailable" message, and to try again and again for the same outcome. Unfortunate...

While the app offers very good deals it frequently has errors. It also does not reflect ANYTHING that the store you may be ordering from does. The stores DO NOT work with the app. That means they might not carry product, might be out of product or might not even be open when you place an order. All of which have happened to me personally. When this happens, which it will, the store cannot cancel, refund or alter the order. You have to contact customer service for support that takes days to fix

I'm updating my review because it seems as though the issues with this app have been resolved. Customer service also reached out to me which was nice. Used it a hand full of times lately and so far so good. I'm keeping my fingers🤞. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they raised some of the prices on their in app coupo s and also aren't offering as many coupons as before.

Each week T-Mobile Tuesdays does a Free Whopper offer, I run into some kind of issue. In general, with any issues you run into with this app, you realize it will never be fixed. I don't know how many weeks I've dealt with trying to place a Free Whopper order with a $1 purchase, just to see either at the drive-thru or my order history that the Free Whopper was auto removed. It's too bad reviews have a 500 letter cap, because I can list enough problems this app has to fill the bible.

* Update: this still happens all the time, and now I can't even order, because the only store that will deliver to me is unavailable through the app so I can't use the customer support credit I was given. * Almost none of the offers work. But what's most frustrating is I can add the offer to my order, place the order, and a driver goes to get the order and then my order gets cancelled when they get to the store and the offer is marked unavailable. This has happened at least 6 times now.

I really do love all of the options and the overall layout, but I have two complaints: 1.) Please allow users to view the lunch/breakfast menu even if the selected restaurant is not currently serving lunch/breakfast (just leave a simple reminder that "this item is not being sold until X time") 2.) The app seems to be really slow. I've used it on three different devices (2 modern Motorola cellphones and a Lenovo tablet) and it chugs on all three of them. Other than that, I have no complaints.

In all of my times using this, I was able to get my food ONCE. Every time I have ordered delivery, I have been missing one or multiple items. And half the time they will just cancel your order or shut down the store 3 hours early so you have to wait a week for them to refund the money they had no problem taking. Not worth it.

Makes you login in after updates, and login is only 2 step verification, you never have a password, and that's odd. Updates occur in app as opposed to via play store, so sometimes I launch it and it takes a minute or three to update and then I have to feed it my email again, check for the login in code, get logged in, pick my local store again, WHILE I'M WAITING IN LINE. But there's great deals and I like the layout when the frustrations aren't happening.

Please fix your app. When you use the app a lot it stops working. My husband loves Burger King a lot so we eat Burger King a lot but we buy using online ordering mostly. Please fix. Today we had to take our business else where because the app was not working. McDonald's got $15 that should have been spent with a Burger King. Get it together.

I've been using mobile ordering apps for a while, and while I don't have any complaints about the app itself, the service at the Burger King's in my area have plummeted as it's becoming increasingly more difficult to determine if a particular store will actually be open when placing a mobile order! Please figure out a way for orders to be cancelled and refunded via the app!! The current process is a huge pain in the neck to get a refund just because the store is "mysteriously" closed!
