The app is soo buggy that ordering is a nightmare. Didn't let me order multiple times as it couldnt detect my location, even though it was on the highest accuracy. When it finally went through, it would remove my order twice before I could get to the payment screen. I only persisted because of the mad cravings. Won't use again but would if it was seamless.

What's the point of online ordering if you can only send the order to the kitchen once you arrive at the restaurant? Useless unless you spoof location prior to ordering.

Easy access to offer coupon, hope u can improve online ordering system without the check-in feature, i ordered online so i can get my food on spot instead of check in and waiting

App works fine but needs basic features added. You need to be able to choose what to add to burgers. Not being able to add sauce that wasn't originally in a burger is something basic that has just been overlooked.

The app is intolerably slow and has a broken check-in function required to pick up click and collect orders just to ensure maximum waste of time/data. Get your level 3 fix elsewhere.

Had to go all the way through the sign up process because it wouldn't tell me which payment methods are accepted for ordering ONLINE. Get to the end to see it's ONLY CREDIT. Why don't you accept Paypal? Instant uninstall. There were repeat popups in the app the slowed me down while I was even trying to find out what I could use to pay. Hate it. Only thing worse is McDonald's app, you can't even order there in nz.

Making orders etc s ok. But the tracking is terrible.. have to walk into store to complete paid for order and wait anyway. Whats the point at that stage.. good attempt i guess

Check IN prompt is very inconsistent. I usually go BK if I've forgot my wallet and need to buy food on the go but you can't get anything if you can't check in when you parked in drive thru twice. Doesnt help when BK employees dont know how to use the app. Maybe that is an area that staff need training in.

Terrible app. It doesn't let you select a time, you have to "check in" when you are near to the store. But both times I've used it I haven't had that option. Staff don't know how to use the app either. Ended up just ordering at the counter. Total waste of time.
