I ordered food at 9.20 expected delivery time was 10 even got a confirmation call from empire call center then at 10 I get a call telling the grill u ordered is not there then the manager says he missed my order how professional.

One of the worst food ordering apps. Does not have the facility to update or edit the delivery address. Once you place a delivery order, it magically changes to take away, and when one calls to check on the order, it gets cancelled without any update or notification. My address just shows by default 12 times 'takeaway' written in the given space. The app at the restaurant has all the outlets displayed, however, the app I'm using does not have all the outlets listed. Once order is placed, it routes to a different outlet. The customer care is clueless most of the time.

Worst app. Don't create a app if you don't know how to create and maintain the app. It says you have registered and when trying to login it says no data found and asks to register again. I have registered thrice, but the issue has not been resolved. I don't recommend this app to others who want to install this useless app. Shame on you empire restaurant trying to introduce such a sham app.

Useless App and Bogus offers. The App has the worst UI experience. They had app relaunch offer on Dec 4, 2020. So I tried ordering. The offers doesn't get applied. Worthless app. The app doesn't take my location. When I try calling the restuarant automated voice talks making us wait for 20 mins and nothing later except an annoying tone. They want to increase the traffic of app with hoax offers. This app sucks. Don't even waste time downloading this.

Very poor service rendered,took 1 hour 20 minutes to deliver 2 roti and curry and I live hardly 1 km away from the hotel.Will not recommend the app.If you are okay to wait for your food to arrive 2 hours later,you can always try this app.👎👎👎 Delivery boy was honest,told me it took them time to prepare the food while the person picking the calls is a lier and doesn't know to talk properly to customers.

I've using this app since the day it came out , Such an Amazing app , The customer care is very prompt and helpfull , I was very impressed with the easy ordering and fast delivery. I received it 30 minutes faster than the app said. This app is just 💥🔥💯

There is no information after ordering with particular branch,Like Delivery persons map and etc, And App taking minimum one hour to deliver the food, Better to use Swiggy, Zomato or other platforms, And Even after delivery also showing delivery process!!!

Doesn't allow me to login. It says "No Data found. Please register again". If I try registering again, it says "Your mobile number is already registered, rest your password". I don't think if this app even works and if it is genuine.
