So many bugs. Bought the subscription for 3 months and it still shows me as a basic user. Case #17904. Going through so many similar complaints, what's the procedure to get a refund? Not interested in getting the premium membership anymore. Would like a full refund instead. Edit: My account has again been converted into the basic one. Why?

Unable to play content. The content page doesn't even load. And even after buying a subscription, it says "login to watch" on many titles. Also, most of the times when you click on a title, it says server error. Pathetic experience for "paid service". I will never buy their subscription again.

I'm not even sure why I am giving two stars. deserves 0 stars. Unable to cast any videos. Movies stop in between and don't playback. Absolute best of the subscription that was purchased. Heroes happens to be a top production house however the technology on this app is not even used in mid range apps.

Cheap quality Not mch movies. Netflix is far better If you are watching a movie and by mistake you press exit the movie doesn't pauce where u left it it starts all over again. Very annoying. The quality is cheap as well. Unsuscriped it as its waste of money and time. Would have not given 1 star as well. The App was downloaded to relax and watch a movie but when the quality goes down its so annoying.

I'm Happy with this App because it gives Free Music, Quickies, Live Channels for Ad-Free. But I have 3 suggestions to improve your App. Give us few free Movies to Stream & Download. Add Game & News section in your App. Give a option to download songs.

Pathetic application, I lost my subscription amount as even after payment same not latched with my account, no support and when mail sent, they replied will get back after 2 days ..nonsense application don't Download After 2 days these fools reply without understanding my issue, I had complained about Rs.49 and not Rs.79, please investigate where is my subscription charges for which I shared screen shot of Rs. 49 and not 79 which I subscribed later... People don't buy this they are cheating

One of the worst thing I found in this app is You cannot download Movies or whatever you want to download in 1080p while you can stream it in 1080p but cannot download. What the F is this. If you will choose the best Quality while downloading, it will still not download the movie in 1080p. Fix this

Pathetic app. When I login and go to the subscription option it shows an error that there seems to be a glitch in the system. I bought one month subscription but cannot use the app.

Quite a buggy app it keeps on loading idk what exactly is the issue either its bandwidth or storage that is company using is substandard or i dont know Netflix is working smoothky with 1080p but ib this app its just keep on buffering all time I personally recommend every one dont waste your time even in downloading this app it wont work

Hi, All the reviews are very much right. The app is full of bugs. I downloaded the movie but when I tried to play, no download shown. Then I went to the movie and see the download option is again enabled. Content will pause in between and then will not play. You have to close the app and then watch again. You guys need proper testing.
