The signup process is nonsense. In theory it sounds great, being a co-op and all that. However, the genius who designed the onboarding must be having other ideas. I don't see why the app needs access to my phone, and they make no attempt at explaining why. The app will not start without those permissions, and looks like I won't as well.

The app is very buggy and slow. The driver's location isn't updated in realtime like it should be; one has to restart the app continually after ordering a drive in order to update the driver's position on the map. Also, it seems like the app isn't updated as frequently as it should be. Sadly, I much prefer the experience of ordering with and using Uber. Eva will need much further improvement before the app can truly compete with Uber.

Got creepy call to "confirm billing address so the transaction can go through". Really inappropriate to CALL ME ON THE PHONE unprompted. Shouldn't have to talk to a human for a transaction to go through. Avoid.

Every time I try to order a car it says "insufficient funds in your account" but there's no way to add funds and I'm positive there's money in my account.. extremely frustrating app, stick with Uber.

Can't rate the driver after delivery. Took very long, not updated. A 10min trip became 45min as they took a complete opposite turn. Food that should be hot is now cold and soggy. Disappointed in the app and lack of feature to rate.

Absolutely love the prices on this app, however for a month now I have been having trouble booking. Even this morning, I tried booking twice but it keeps on searching for drivers forever and then suddenly you get a dialogue box saying something went wrong. Now I have two pending transactions but no cab. Sure, the pending charges will be removed, however not the time lost. I have tried installing and reinstalling and removing cache and data as well.

Easy to use. Drivers are nice. Cab arrived asap. Price was fair even at peak hour. I never use Uber again.

seems to work but slow loading. many features missing(i think its still in beta mode). 1- needs feature of "departing from" option when ordering ride. location alone to have a "departing" location isnt good. 2- needs some settings options 3- needs profile access 4- needs feedback system 5- past orders/trips list 6- trip scheduler. overall everything is missing but hopefully at official launch all that will be in the app and ill be able to up my stars. really naked at the moment.

This app is a throw back to 1990 when people still thought that arbitrary password rules and the inability to see what you are typing actually led to secure passwords. Then the sign up form insisted that fields were empty, they were not, so I had the joy of restarting. After finally getting through the signup process all I see is a white screen, presumably waiting for a GPS lock while I am indoors. This app is terribly designed, I really hope the service does better.
