While I enjoyed the template options and dark mode for a bit, this app hasn't worked on my phone in months. I thought it was a buggy update causing the problem, but their team doesn't seem to be doing anything to fix this issue. I no longer have access to the dozens of notes I've written up on this app. EDIT: The app is now up and running again on Android. Went from 1 star to 3 stars.

Going back to paper, my experience mirrors CDs feedback on 8/21. Used to be my favorite app. Its slow, clunky, difficult to use and navigate. Its awful. Get rid of the fancy animated menus, or provide option to turn off. Too many over lay menus. App keeps closing notes and redirecting me back to the home menu. Keep it simple. People want easy to access tabs / notebook and pick up at their last modified note. You spent too much trying to distinguish the app from OneNote and forgot who you are.

I have lost all faith in this application. This was my favorite application for 7 years running. Now and I have lost work, its extremely difficult to navigate and I have moved my notes to Microsoft One Note, which I don't like because all of the bugs it has. I wish the old application was returned and I could access everything. I'm just so disappointed and will not recommend this application to anyone anymore.

Terrible. After being a paid customer for 4 years, then cancelling the subscription for some time, I can't use the app any longer. I keep seeing a blank screen with a loading symbol. It pops up every couple of seconds. I will remove my notes from this app and use something else. Super lame and disrespectful towards its users.

I love the way you update the app and improve it ♡ However, I would like to recommend the flexibility of being able to add texts everywhere on the page instead of being districted in an only organised line by line writing! (It's like I wish to write on the left side of the page and be able to add written notes on the right or some extra illustrations) I hope you consider this in your next updates. Much thanks!

I used to love it, but now it's impossible to use. Since they had an offer to upgrade the plan, the app doesn't work anymore. Every time that I try to find a note or add a new one, this white screen pop up loading and doesn't let me do anything more. I was expecting that when the offer was gone, so would be the problem but it didn't happen. It's not a phone problem, because meanwhile I switched my phone (my husband has a different model with the same problem). :/

Found the new interface awful, still gave it some time trying to get used to it. In vain because 1 Home screen made navigation considerably difficult, without adding any value. 2 App randomly jumps to home screen while scrolling. 3 The search button at the bottom right of the note searches through all notes instead of finding text in the current note, while 'Find in note' is hidden in the menu. How intuitive! Consequence of trying to bring in a change just for the sake of making a change.

Evernote was like a dear friend for many years. Recently it has been very sad to let that friend go. My friend suffers dementia and no longer remembers what it's like to be truly useful. It's body moves slower than ever, doesn't recognize friendly voices of reason, and the mind is now cluttered and distracted without a clear destination. I mourn for the Evernote of old, Oh how the mighty have fallen.

I am too invested to make the switch to another app but Evernote is so terribly glitchy. The most glaring issue is large swaths of text disappearing when I backspace. As you can imagine, this makes checking off a grocery list profoundly difficult. I thought it was just my old phone but I got a new phone and the many problems persist. If you're not already invested, avoid Evernote!

What I find super irritating about this app is the fact that if I edit my note on a desktop computer and then move to a mobile device to complete it, I could end up with a note conflict and be presented with two versions of the same note. There is no way to resolve the conflict and you could end up deleting a crucial part of your note if you delete the wrong conflicting file. This app desperately requires a compare and merge feature if it cannot update across devices quickly and effectively.
