App sirf formality k lye hai. Actual aim not completed by the App. MCD building Department give wrong information and close/resolved complaint without any action. No one is track the officials staff. They should also provide the details as action taken by him and copy should share.

In the complaints EDMC staff close or put false status of resolved the complaint there shud b some strong features or the complainant's report on same. PROPERTY TAX page is not working properly... in the date column its not filling n incomplete forms cannot b submitted. There should be complaint column. Also get some solution of hand written receipt should b available. As EDMC staff is very busy over the years n still not update the records even manually.

Just downloaded the app and tried to register my self but not able to do so... Application is just showing "registration process is in progress" but not able to register my self. Can you please look into this and resolve this issue ASAP?

Worst app. It stopped working frequently. And sometimes just a blank white screen and then it goes off.

App is a complete waste of goverment money. I registered a complain regarding the garbage dump to be picked up on 20 december 2020 bt no action has been taken yet till 30 dec 2020.I think the complain are auto assigned but no one is looking after those issues.

The worst app which I ever used No action is taken for a very long time. I registered a complaint in September but till today that is 13 Oct neither any action is taken nor any reply has come.

i would have reviwed in minus.. what is the point to make app if official dont want to work for the complaints .. have complainted in app.. ;have give writen complaint to edmc commission to anti corrouption edmc ; to dm east delhi... unauthorised construction is fully active inspite of complaints with in under nose of officers who take bribe to unsee the complaints.. shame on authorities.. waste of goverment money and people taxes to make this app..
