We had bad experience on 10th September flight got cancel and worst part is the connecting also gets cancel with it .. so our booking of hotels and everything goes haywire... so need to change flights and had to pay extras for hotel so that was something inconvenience .... so wanted to name sure you can work on how you can give positive experience for connecting flights..

Worst airline in the country currently. They cancel your flight and don't even send an email or text message. I got to know about cancellation while trying to web check-in. They reschedule the flight after 3 days. And then when I booked through other airlines prices were doubled. And, mind you, I am not the only one . They often cancel flights. The name is an irony. You will never reach first with go first. Pathetic. I never thought I will review something on play store. But here it goes!!

Worst Airlines. I had booking on 20th sep 21. My flight was cancelled then they give me another option of connecting flight from pine to delhi then Delhi to kolkata. I took pune to delhi flight then after waiting for 6 hrs I went for other check in from Delhi to kolkata,when I was told that your other flight has been cancelled. I did not recieve any mail message or call. Manager from Delhi airport told me you have to book another flight as we don't have any other option. Worst Airlines

The worst flight service ever in india... pray to god that they wont cancel the flight while flying. More than 3 times i did the same mistake taking GO flights. Always late.. never on time.. else cancelled most of the time. Am wondering why dgca is not taking any actions against these kind of injustice to the fellow passengers.

This is the worst flight. I'm regretting every single moment when I thought of booking tkts with them. If anything ne is reading this PLEASE DO NOT BOOK flight from.Go, Issues: 1. Web check-in error. They won't even tell you that check in from counter is paid. I showed error to executive and response was sorry sir can't help but you have to pay. 2. Flight rescheduled 3 times in 2 days. 3. Rude staff. 4. Unhygienic flight. 5. Torn seats. What else I can say about a flight.

Worst airline.Cancelled my flight 3 times in 2days that too within 24hrs duration of travel & not bothered to notify & when you try to web check-in you find out that your flight is cancelled. They are not even able to assure if they can provide alternate flight. If you call customer care they will be rigid & they are saying airline has right to cancel anything & if you ask for supervisor they will disconnect the call (this behavior observed in 3 support executive). Highly unprofessional staff.

Pathetic flight. They keep rescheduling the flights till last few hours. The seats I booked with extra charge were gone and I was given random middle seats. There is no point in giving feedback over email or phone. No one is listening.
