Brilliant service, not yet a good app: - Frequently can't view all items in a renter's shop. - No way to turn off text notifications. - Notification of a new message opens the app, then causes error message. Have to go to inbox manually. This is a good way to check on progress, but it's not a substitute for desktop.

Never really on this app, after you spend a lot of tine sending documents and getting confirmation and agreeing with lender you find you're request cancelled for no specified reason, a waste of time this app despite good lenders

This is crazy, they are asking for a WHOLE load of ridiculously private information to rent a camera for 3 days. They are unhelpful, have no support, can't even cancel the order, right now I just want all of my details removed, these ppl are just gathering Data for God knows what, but please remove me from your system ASAP, cancel my order, and delete me from your system!! they have more information than my bank at this point. And are still asking for more.

The interface is really confusing. I am considering renting out some rarely used items but the poor quality of the site and app is putting me off. I want to know how it works if i rent items out but i get as far as "describe your item" and there is no other button or information. This makes me wonder if i can trust this site and app despite the good concept.

Unusable. Four out of five times when you click any button, there is no response at all. When it does respond, it is excruciatingly slow. What's strange is that whenever you receive an SMS update about a new message (which works surprisingly well) then they deliberately hide the actual message and force you to go into the Fatlama app to open the message. I don't understand why they force you to use what is by far the worst of the entire Fatlama experience.

The problem being solved by this app is great. It's allowed me to do so many things that were previously only possible on a much larger budget. I've been able to do fashion shoots in Mayfair for very little cost and it had allowed me to create quality content that's almost as good as big fashion brands. That said, the app itself needs much more work. The messaging interface is incredibly limited and cumbersome and there's no ability to save searches etc. app itself needs more work

The app was working fine up until the most recent update. Sure, everything looks nicer but now there doesn't seem to be a way to review other users. My payment from my most recent rental hasn't been made and each time I try to report it in-app, something goes wrong when I have to input my name!

This app has some serious bugs, when I receive messages they rarely show in the app and the seach function doesn't show the show the same items as the web version making it completely useless forcing me to use the web version to find what I need which lowers the chance for me and other to be able to rent their items listed. Please fix the app as in its current state is useless.

This app is good for renting things, do not buy from here. If you are renting something from the app then its good for that but if you are considering purchasing anything then change your mind. The customer support is useless and they take ages to respond to messages. If your after buying something check google but trust me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Great experience, fantastic world of opportunities around you renting stuff, but app is painful. It's useless. All the time and money you save renting lovely stuff from others, goes in health and nerves using the app. The day they fix it, I will give it 5 full stars. Android experience, don't know about iOS.
