This app used to be great. We have a PAID MONTHLY subscription and cannot even access it. No customer service is listed in the app to contact. So I'm paying for something I can't use...way to steal the consumer's money!!!!!

I love this app, and i watch it everyday. The only problem is the fact it never stops. I fall asleep watching a movie, but i wake up with whatever the app choices to play. I hate that. I would like to have it stop when the movie is over. Please stop the automatic, or at least give us the option to do it ourselves.

Very glitchy, closes unexpectedly. Limited selection of Hallmark movies, not all are available. Honestly not worth paying for the subscription service.

Great selection, too bad you can't watch it. Luckily I am only into day 2 of my free trial and I really love the shows and movies available but they are not really available. I have really fast internet. I have multiple streaming services with no issues. But hallmark just stops and starts stops and starts like ever 5 seconds. Or just gets error. U can't really fast forward to try to get where u left off. If you could get the movies and shows to play I would gladly pay for this service.

Disappointed with Hallmark and this app. Locks up, have to push Home button to go back. Then wait for the home screen to reload. Most times the app simply freezes and then i have to close it all down and reload. I thought you would be able to see current movies (same as what is airing on cable) or be able to access the Hallmark archives of movies and search for a favorite movie. Apps needs improvement. So far isn't worth the $59.00 i paid up front.

Great movies and worked great for awhile but then couldnt play shows anymore, it kept telling me i had to sign up even though it still showed me logged in. Tried logging out and then logging back in. It didnt help. So had to cancel service since they were still billing me. When contacted Roku about it they decided since I cancelled the issue was resolved.

I love having Hallmark movies now but the only problem with the app is that it shows older shows and movies, you have new movies coming out monthly but they are movies that are from years ago, I rarely get a new movie that I can watch because I've seen all the movies that are on the app. It would be nice to get to see the movies that actually came out that same month or even the next day after it plays on tv. Just a suggestion.

The app doesn't work most of the time. It freezes almost everytime I use it. I have to uninstall, restart my phone and reinstall and sometimes it still doesn't work.

I've had this app for a while and loved it. HOWEVER, recently every movie I try to watch gives me an error so the fact that I have it and pay the subscription makes it pretty useless.
