If you do not like the screenshots or do not want to learn a new interface then do not install it. 2) If you do not like the app name or icon then do not install it. 3) TIPS section below has important info. I wanted a trustworthy browser with features I need yet using as few resources as possible. I hope you enjoy it. TIPS • Cannot see the browser menus? See below. • Close current tab by tapping its tab bar button. • The "desktop" button allows you to request and view full, rather than mobile, versions of web sites. • Swipe right --> to show bookmarks/history. Long press bookmarks/history to edit. • One finger zoom: Double-tap and hold, then swipe to zoom. • Undo close tab: Long press new tab "+" button. • Choose a search engine for URL bar search: Long press "go" arrow. • Bottom menu "exit" button is the only way to gracefully quit, and do things like clear history on exit. • Adobe Flash support for most pre-Android 4.4 devices: Download Flash player from the Adobe web site & install http://tinyurl.com/4aflash • Read through browser options and bookmarked help page for more tips. CANNOT SEE THE BROWSER MENUS? If your device has no menu button, you may be able to long press the device app switch button or back button. SHOW MENU GESTURES: Swipe up from bottom corner, OR swipe down from top edge of browser window. 5-finger tap screen to shows menus, in case all gestures disabled. Paid Pro of version of Naked Browser provides many more options. OTHER BROWSERS TRACK USERS! This thread discusses violations in several popular web browsers: http://tinyurl.com/pbrowse Not concerned with privacy? Spying wastes resources (battery, bandwidth, CPU) and slows your device. DATA Naked Browser does not use data to spy, monitor, or even show ads. All data transfer is solely as a result of your requests & retrievals. Because Naked Browser is designed for efficiency, you may use more data simply because you can browse sites faster. SECURITY Naked Browser uses the Android WebView that's on your device to display web pages. All data requests & retrievals, all cookies, all passwords, etc. are handled by the WebView and Naked Browser does not interfere with the default behavior. However, versions of Android before 5.0 do not get System WebView updates via the Play Store, and there are known problems with older WebView. Android 7+ uses Chrome Browser as WebView, if installed. PERMISSIONS • Internet: ONLY for your web page requests & retrievals. Absolutely no monitoring or snooping, & ad-less too. • File read/write: ONLY so you can save & upload files. Absolutely no other reason. • View network state: ONLY to handle changes in network connectivity. • Keep device from sleeping: ONLY to prevent downloads from being cut off. CURRENTLY MISSING Geo-location, which is in the paid Pro version, along with many more features. Designed and made by an independent software developer named Tony in Redwood City, California, United States of America. Thanks to Mike & Charlotte for all the alpha testing.

STILL, some pages still don't load on this browser. Actually, MANY pages don't load on this browser... I don't blame the browser, I blame everyone's stupid need to always upgrade stuff that's already working. The point is I have to uninstall

decent lightweight browser but not as fast as brave browser. its okay if its not that fast , but there's another annoying issue that i face always hidden menus shouldn't depends upon scroll it's annoying most of the time i have to scroll up and down to unhide those menu options... and it disappears too soon.

Extremely good experience completely ruined by the makers. Last update came for this app during 2019. Alas! I can't access the browser's settings menu in Android 10, with the gesture nav. Pls grow up devs! Uninstalling this amazing little piece of software. :-(

decent browser when you become familiar with the layout. lightweight and not tracking your usage is fantastic. however downloading images did not seem to work as I require, as pressing and holding on an image and selecting save image seems to create a "download file" rather than an image somewhere in your phones downloads. perhaps I'm missing something but it looks like it hasn't been integrated ideally yet.

Pls don't get me wrong, now a days without a strong adblock system, a web browser is just less useful.

It's the fastest browser but there are few improvements to be done to be the best browser: fix uploading/can't opening gallery problem; make it so that we can download pictures by pressing them for seconds (for example pictures on google); make it possible to play videos with other video players. Well at least fix the first one.

Lightweights and snappy but doesn't meet requirements as it does be allow streaming videos to play in real full-screen - the bottom touch buttons stay there, so you get to see a small window. This doesn't happen in other browsers like Firefox or Brave, etc

This might be the ugliest browser out there, yet the ONLY one that does what promises to do (FAST and LIGHT browsing), this browser saved my old Tab s3, thanks man ! The only issue i have is to bring up the bottom menu as i have Samsung's full screen gestures it's impossible to get that menu up, i have to use 5 fingers everytime to show that menu
