Tried several online trading (OLT) apps and SPOT is one of the fastest and very lag-free. However, the app design for me is severely outdated. It also forces me to reinput PIN whenever I switched apps which can be quite a hassle. And the "Remember Me" option is definitely buggy because I still have to type passwords on every each login. Hope Sucor can fix this while keeping the app's swiftness! :)

Good broker, but its app needs improvement as it keeps logging out every few minutes. Remember me feature never works. Had this problem since 2020.

Bad looking app. Come on guys, perusahaan sekelas Sucor masa gak bisa ngehire UI designer yg layak? Ini tampilannya seperti buatan anak SMP yg baru belajar iseng2 bikin aplikasi. I give you 4 stars because I still give you chance. Kalo dalam setahun masi gini2 aja sorry I will give 1 star and withdraw all my money

This application Not user friendly. It must upgrade some feature : log in fingerprint, still log in if we use other application, hystory & financial transaction etc. Please upgrade this application, thanks

The trading service is fast and good. The only downside is the user interface which unfortunately not friendly and intuitive for a first time user. You definitely need to dedicate some extra time only to learn how to use the app. Idk perhaps this is on purpose due to security reason but I guess need more improvements to be more competitive with other trading providers. Could've make it simpler and more organised, with less bugs + faster finger print login and live notification.
