Trying the personal loan.. its said 1 day work but its been 2 days..i recieve the list for how much i need to paid monthly while i havent recieve anythings. Call the CS to help checking or just cancel the deal..the customer center only reply they cant check the data n cant do anything now. So..i can wait the loan to be transfered or none at all but i need to pay for it each month? Its good while need to buy things in advance but its not a good experience for the loan.

Never late in making a payment, once late, not even 30 days late, the billing method is terrible, the phone can't be disconnected from dawn to dusk using a cellular number that changes throughout the day via WA with intimidating sentences, the billing team can't be contacted do not negotiate at all, even said he would contact my contacts. why does it look like an illegal loan, so the collection? Never late in payment. Once late (late 6 days) while fine calculation applies for every 30 days (I assumed it means I still have 30d to pay the billing) the billing method was terrible. Even CC billing method by banks is more decent than what I experienced from Kredivo. Kredivo billing team was using intimidating sentences, calling from dawn to dusk. I told the date I promised I'd pay, but they still call me like loan shark.

Seems the loan doesn't work well for good credits users, when I asked a simple why, the answer is "keep trying" eventhough my limit is clear, changing it to 1 star until they can give a clear explanation.
