The staff was good. But tired of getting a scan for scratches and then it don't work. But then there is a line and rushed out the store, what's the point in having a scan and not knowing if it works, and if it don't work, then what ? How are you going to redeem for scratches. It is annoying this is 3 times and I think it's dumb, I won a stupid donut hole, out of 25 scratches lol rewards suck here n prices are so over priced, they charge $1.00 for a cup of ice. For months there's been problems with their scanner scanning my code. At least for two weeks or more now, even after attempting multiple scans, it shows nothing. Any almost non existent free item I win or one of their deals either doesn't show when scan is attempted, they don't have the item, or their product machine is still out of order. They say the scan doesn't show and want the full price paid. I've been going to join the daily coffee deal, but am leary that it will work correctly.

Easy to navigate and use. This app is my favorite rewards app because it's associated with the top of my list fuel stations combined with a convenience store. And for the most part, (this is my opinion) the staff at the ampm stations that I feequent are really friendly, patient and eager to help find as many ways to save as possible.

Ever since the update it's gone down hill, POINTLESS to have it now. STILL don't work hafe the time, need to scan several times. It was like this before they updated it; they changed the app it don't work as it did before. Meaning not as many gifts or wins I'm at the point where I'm going to remove the app. I used to go to three, four different ampms A day would win coffee all the time I haven't won anything for that matter. Now they want you to buy something. Gas don't count to get a scratcher.

Worst app ever! AM/PM decided they would no longer have drink cards that you could redeem for a free drinks after purchasing 4 drinks & decided to do it on an app instead. Only they haven't instructed any of the AM/PM's I have been to on how to register the purchase of drinks so you can't gather the 4 points needed for a free drink. Why bother having this app at all if most of the things that it's supposed to do it can't because the people who work there have never been trained on how to use it!

The Marysville, WA store finally has app set up; they've had the signage up for over six months. As a consumer it's frustrating they don't honor the advertised pricing. I sympathize with employees when they have customers that are not as understanding and they can do to adjust the price. I have paid full price or $1 more that labeled on items I only got for the sale (every $1 counts when on limited income with unemployment rate as high as it has been during this pandemic).

App recently updated and now works WORSE than ever! My daily work /driving schedule takes me past about 5 or 6 AMPM's each day and believe me when I tell you I have tried the app at all of them and it takes at least 10 scans to work if at all. Employees hate it, people in line behind me hate it. I have decided I won't buy gasoline at an AMPM until this is fixed. I honestly consider this to be a "Bait & Switch" scam. You stop there to grab a deal from the app and it doesn't work!
