I became interested in health and wellness out of necessity. When I woke up in prison with a broken foot and neck after a failed suicide attempt, I knew I had to change everything. I was 28 years, homeless, completely overweight, and out of shape in every conceivable way.

Since that day I have devoted myself to understanding and delivering health and wellness concepts to others. After 16 months in prison, I went on to become a professional athlete, trainer, coach, author, speaker, husband, father and now a entrepreneur. 

We hope you join us on our journey to leave the world, and everyone we meet, in a better state than we found them. We know that in order to change anything, we must first change ourselves. The greatest gift we can give the world is strengthening and improving ourselves.
