Classes are great but this app sucks. I booked a waitlisted class and cancelled it, however this did not seem to have changed in the system. The instructor was convinced I signed up and did not come to the class. Please revamp the app to use better server and backend!!!

Terribly awful app. Nothing works. Can't even book a class when it keeps prompting me to complete my profile and even having done that, couldn't get it saved. Haven't been able to book any classes. And this is only for trial. Can't even imagine the hell I'll be going through if I sign up.

I have the same issue as other users have noted related to booking classes. The data reset workaround worked for me a few months ago, but now nothing works. I've literally tried everything and every mix of different possible fixes - signing out/in, resetting the app data and cache, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, and even resetting my phone - nothing works, and hasn't for a long time. It's becoming increasingly clear that MindBody doesn't much care about it's Android users.

Its not an awful app but for whatever reason I can't book classes through the app. Fortunately, if you have an android, I found a comment on here about going into my settings, apps storage, and clearing the storage under F45 app and I was able to start booking again! This bug is really annoying and I hope it gets fixed but thanks to the dude who had this helpful info! The only reason I said it's not awful is because I can still see my future classes and I can cancel through the app no issue.

Love the classes but the app will only show the next 3 classes and when you click to see more it says there are none. The app still isn't working, it is very frustrating to not be able to book classes except on the same day.

I have the same issue as other users who have submitted a review this week. I can only view and book classes that are offered in the next 24 hours. The +Book tab is completely blank. This appears to only be an issue with the android app. A friend with a apple phone has no issues and can book classes out for the next few weeks. It would also be great to know how many spaces were available in upcoming classes.

App was working fine but now I can't book anything beyond the current day. Before giving a poor review, I always try to alert the company of the issue. The email listed here generated an auto-reply directing me to a form that requires way to much effort. It literally won't allow me to submit without all my personal information and a location ID number that I don't have the time or desire to research. I spent the time giving this review instead of jumping through your feedback obstacle course.

Awful. Last few months since the update was done, when I try to book in it constantly wants me to buy a package,even though I've been a member for years. I'm constantly uninstalling the app, sometimes this might work but more often it doesn't. So I either miss out on a class or turn just up hoping I can get in.🤬 FIX THE PROBLEMS PLEASE.

If you're having issues with Android booking more than 24 hours in advance, close all apps, go into your phone settings, apps and notifications, search for F45, Storage and cache, and clear storage. This will ask you to set region etc and sign in again. You should be able to book a month in advance now.

I wish I could give this app a big fat 0. I still cannot book any classes and have reset my password and reinstalled the app atleast 6 times and I still get the message there is no classes to book!! I have contacted my studio and they cannot figure out what is going wrong. This is beyond frustrating! Why even have this stupid app if it can't even perform the one thing it is supposed to do 🤬🤬🤬
