I like the idea behind this app, it has a lot of potential, but it is super laggy and freezes. Then I looked to see the most recent update and it's been 4 years. This puts into question the security of the data it collects. Appears to have been abandoned, so why is it still available?

Horrible app. Constant bugs, won't save my check-in. They ask you a ton of questions then don't personalize or save any of that, laeading you to believe you will have a chance to review and view all your inputs but instead they make you recall the symptoms, treatments etc each day. Way too laborious. I feel I may be better off keeping a journal on my own or making a spreadsheet.

  3. Mickey McNulty-avatar

As someone with complicated health, this is great for tracking the different issues that I have and making notes so I can refer back to and understand what's happening

  4. Blake Reber-avatar

Has the potential to be incredibly helpful if it actually worked Lags a lot and sometimes won't open at all. The chat function is completely inaccessible and doesn't load

App helps track symptoms, food, medicines, notes and more. I like that I can review past timeframes in graph form - makes it easy to see if something I ate is at the root of an issue. Best of all, I can download my data to take to my doctors appt.

Kept saying connection issues and being very very laggy, to the point where it wouldn't even proceed past which conditions I have. Unusable.

I really appreciate the structure and simplicity/flexibility of this app. But the number of times it gets buggy or won't open or goes from screen to screen so slowly is a bit maddening. Hopefully there will be an update soon to remedy these problems.

Setting up account was laggy. Entered in symptoms to track in setup. Went to check in for 1st day & the symptoms I entered had to be reentered from scratch. I expected, at the very least, to have the symptoms I identified at the top of the list, but no. No indication I had ever entered any symptoms. Uninstalled.

Very buggy... app couldn't even get past the sign-up page. Tons of errors.

I have such a huge problem with this app. No, it's not because it's a wrapper for a website. And no, it's not because of some technical difficulty. It's because both 'conditions' and 'symptoms' overlap greatly. I often find myself answering both in the same way, creating double data. Another is the daily report whereby I can't state multiple incidents of the same day. Like - fainted: 11:32, 15:27 Or how everything is on a scale of 4 to none. While somethings are actually binary-like, such as fainting. I need an event recorder for these cases. And I really would like to see an option to log events throughout the day. Having a pop up with timestamp and me entering what occurred. Also, the tag page for food is uncomfortable to enter. I don't really know a better presentation. Personal items that I eat are far more common to me then popular foods. And in general the food list is enormous. I really want the developer to see my review, and that's why I gave low score, I understand that that's review that the developers look at more often. I would gladly change the score higher as this app is of great help to me and I use it daily. Thank you very much for the effort in making.
