I wish I could give negative ratings, app is not working at least in android 11. Same password which is working on portal, app says it to be invalid. Not only this on forgot password option even it's not accepting the OTP sent..... comeon guys at least do some testing before pushing app

Not able to login. Same login credentials are working fine on portal. While using password option, it is saying invalid userid/password. When we try to login through OTP, it says to enter correct OTP and try again while we are entering correct OTP.

Nowadays there are issues like the app does not open most of the times. It appears that the UPCL does not want people to use digital facility. They want people to rush up to their offices for problems which can be easily resolved if such app keeps fucntioning properly.

Login , forgot password reset, bill history download, registration issues are fixed after release of updated version, hope new features and bug fixing will be continue as and when required.

Good app and easy to use. Please add a feature to pay bill for any connection not registered in this app same as in UPCL website where payment can be made for any connection without having login Id.
