I like this app, but it's notifications for incoming callers & voicemail doesn't show up promptly. Sometimes not for days later. I hope they can resolve this issue soon!

Works great! I'm a social service worker and use this to contact my clients. Wish texting was free, but the cost is pretty low if you do want access to that feature.

Generally works well, but I have two major issues that are really inconvenient. 1. Voice clarity is low so half the time I kinda have to guess what is being said and request a lot of repeats. 2. The audio quality and volume of voice messages is really bad. Most of the times the messages are barely audible. I would find this app useful if these two issues were fixed.

Poor. In full strength 5G no interference WiFi, Incoming calls pick up on the app, and while it says connecting forever, you never actually get to hear the other person and they end up going to voicemail. Tried all the fixes I could find online, but it was just a exercise in frustration. It's unfortunate cuz I was really looking forward to getting their home phone service, but now I have no faith in the product.

My husband and I have been using fongo for a long time, everything worked as expected and we were satisfied. But after the last update, it has become unreliable. People will call but our phone won't ring until 15 to 30 mins later. Calls will drop. Not receiving text. I ended up need to sign up for a real phone plan. I wish fongo can fix the problems.

I don't use it much but it has done the job well every time. Fongo is installed on my tablet which has a SIM but doesn't make or receive calls, so that's where Fongo steps up. I use it to make/receive calls when I want to keep my phone available for another expected call for example. I have received faxes (but can't send them) and voicemail works well. The only thing missing is texting but I have my phone for that. Excellent value for the price I paid!😁

The recording quality of the voice messages is extremely low, the text messages and voice messages are delivered sometimes two or three days late. Sometimes I don't receive phone calls at all, they go straight to voicemail. I have asked tech support to fix this but the problem still persists. I have reinstalled the program and that did not fix it either.

Basically useless as a day to day app. Phone calls never come through unless the app is actively on your screen, but the notification to say you missed the call always shows. Half the text messages you receive will never actually be received, and you're not able to receive images over text. Anything that runs over short SMS (verification codes/two factor authentication) rarely works. It's also a VOIP service, so the number is blocked by most things that require a phone number verification. Only reason for using it is to keep a Canadian number active while your overseas. Other than that, it's garbage.

Awful it doesnt notify me of any calls i get coming in, i have chrcked all of thr settings and it should be. I always leave it open in thr background too

I have not been receiving texts from people which has caused significant miscommunication. I sometimes receive texts up to 20 minutes after they were originally sent. Furthermore, I sometimes receive 2 of the same texts. Since the most recent June 2021 update, I receive 2 or 3 notification sounds for a single text message which is really annoying.
