Used to be good. Lately the app will hang up on loading the print view. You can't do anything but close the app. I have cleared storage and cache, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Doesn't help. It will just sit there on the print view page with the white banner saying loading and the little circle keeps spinning. You can't view and add items to your shopping list. This happens on both my phone and tablet. Very frustrating. Please fix it.

Recently the app stopped working properly. The weekly ad, PRINT VIEW, will NOT load. It then freezes and you have to close out the app completely to be able to access other features. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app yet the issue persists. I see that numerous people are experiencing the same issue. The developers really need to review and fix the issue.

This app is absolutely rediculous. Nearly impossible to link our years old member number. It doesn't give any other option to verify a phone number besides text, which is STUPID since our account phone number is a landline! "Consumer service" isnt available for calls to help. We tried using a mobile number to verify the account and the verification code doesnt even work, it says verification failed. So basically our many many member points are worthless since we cant use them at all. Rediculous.

At best the app worked, almost. Until recently, it stopped working entirely, deleted, I reinstalled, it worked for a couple of days, and now I am unable to even reinstall. Prior to this the app worked ok until I would go shopping. One issue: it constantly resets my shopping list. I really want to be able to use this, especially since my Home Town store is so close. Update:12/1/2021 After reinstalling a number of times, it seems to have stabilized. The only other issue I have is shopping list issue. Keep at it folks. Love Food Lion. Now a two star :)

This app sucks. Food Lion knows it sucks. It's almost as cheap as their products, so at least they're consistently on brand. The bugs are insane. And..queue the generic "OH NO, call this number" response they send everyone else complaining so they can pretend like they actually care. Lol. I can't even. We're in a pandemic. Make the online experience easier.

The app has stopped working except when I am at home on my own wifi. Will not open on mobile service anymore. I reported it and was told it was fixed, but it isn't. Noticed other people are having same problem. This started about 2 weeks ago. Hope you can fix this soon. Depend on this when I am at the grocery store. 12/1/21 Happy to report that app is back up & working again. Thanks for resolving the problem.

*** I already called & talked to someone. I use this app a lot. BUT since 11/11/21, & numerous emails & no response...the app crashes. Because it needs WiFi to open. I had help with figuring that out. I don't have WiFi. I've always been able to use the app. It's not my Android. Can you fix this?

App has many bugs that ruin user experience. I recently uninstalled & reinstalled this app because I was having issues with the app force closing on launch without a wi-fi connection. If I attempt to launch the app while on a cellular connection the app will force close. After re-installing that issue was resolved but now I have a different issue. When attempting to access the print view of the weekly flyer, the "loading" GUI never goes away, even when the flyer is completely loaded.

Okay so it seems to be working now. What was happening was when you opened an email and clicked on something that takes you straight to the app, the app would open and immediately close. If I tried to go into the app by itself without going through an email, it would open and immediately close also. It seems to have been remedied.

Won't even show the coupons. This app is just as useless as their website which keeps changing my preferences and I don't even get an email about the specials anymore. They have been working on that issue for months and they just still haven't got it fixed. They also can't fix that I can't activate my shop and earn rewards. Is their entire tech team out on holiday or got blue flu? I will be uninstalling this app and I guess I'll go back to shopping at Walmart at least their website and app work!
