Purchased UFO 2 and love the device but this app totally ruins the entire experience. Device constantly disconnects from app mid treatment. I've removed and added back the device and have also deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, always the same problem. Also android user interface seems different from apple version. Apple one looks more user friendly. Considering returning my UFO 2 and not purchasing anymore Foreo products in the future.

I'm a fan of Foreo!! I have Luna and Ufo But you need to work on the app I was happy with my UFO over a year and suddenly my UFO has stopped synchronize with my phone and I have tried every possible way contact customer service but nothing seems to work. I mean the UFO itself seems solid to me but my point is you need to get this application work perfectly in order for customer to enjoy the treatment.

Couldn't be more disappointed. I bought the foreo ufo from qvc this week. Bought under false advertising as the app is nothing like they described. No scanning of masks.It makes no difference if I'm 15 or 50 the 90 second treatments are the same regardless of age or skin. I don't see where it tailors to you specifically. No instructions whatsoever anywhere as to what the smart option is for or how to use it. Plenty of info for their ufo2 though. Also no response from them. Sending it back

Disaster... I don't have another word for it. Instead of making me "ready and relaxed" for the day, it takes quite some nerves to get it work. Sometimes I feel that my UFO is just living it's own life independently from everything else... Not to be only negative, it's nice device when it works. However, for so much money, I would expect something better.

Have been working fine although once in awhile lose connectivity mid treatment but just encountered an API content error message and my UFO2 is not linked anymore. Tried to restart my phone but still the same error.

This is probably the dumbest thing I've ever experienced. Why would I want to turn my face wash brush on with an app on my phone? How did this pass the product testing stages? I received this from influenster and am glad I didn't spend my own money on it.

Thus is supposed to be a good app. However please fix the synchronization issue to the UFO2 ASAP or the customers will need to return the products.

Whoever thought of making the foreo have an app should be fired. Why would I want to tap on my phone while washing my face?This will make me just get water everywhere on my phone. Stick to having it have one function : on and off like the older models. Why make a device that is supposed to be simple so complicated? I was so close to returning this item until I finally got it to turn on. Please stop making foreo have an app. Just stop making these models and do future customers a favor.
