Idk what's going with yalls app but this is getting ridiculous this has been going on for almost 3 months now. It crashes or it doesn't want to load and I'm having to go through the website itself which is the reason why I got the app to avoid doing.

Great app for online banking.The only drawback is it goes down a couple of hours on the night before the first of each month and you have to call in the next day to fix it and you also cant send a wire through the app especially to another bank even with your name on the account.

I have to uninstall and reinstall this every other month. I have never had so many issues with a bank or app in my life. Update... 1.31.21 i have to uninstall save reinstall again. I see you've improved. Instead of every 2 months it's 1 every 31 days. Yay.... Update... Can't use it at all. Nice! Between the service i get from the bank and the mobile app, im not sure why i bank here..

This app is excellent for tracking the balances on my accounts. However, when it comes to actually interacting with anything, (like, say, depositing a check) then, it fails so many times that I end up having to go to the bank in person to sort it out.

App is junk(I can never log in and I keep having to uninstall), website is junk(gives error messages and phone banker has no idea why), automated phone is junk(it will only give you option 5 for product info nothing else). I can never access my account info. I have to wait for business hours. If you need anything done after hours or on weekends you are out of luck. I hate this bank.
