Don't buy anything from them, there are several issues with their practice.. First is security, they sell your information to the third party and put your safety at risk. Second is the practice itself. Let's assume that your airline cancels the flight, there is no chance you can get your money back. Because since you bougt your ticket from chipoair, they airline will send you back to them and good luck getting s refund from chipoair.

If you buy plane tickets make sure that you pay extra for the plan that allows you to get a refund otherwise it's not the fault of CHEAP O AIR but the fault of your own. Be thorough and read all the fine print and you will be fine. I flew home to Memphis Tennessee from Los Angeles California for $200 round-trip. I love this app and I refer it to all my friends and family. If I'm planning a flight they keep me posted with the cheapest prices constantly and they really have the best prices.👌🏼

Horrible. No customer service or support. A complete disappointment, not helpful. Don't waste your time and money. Specially no refunds even if you purchase insurance... I am extremely upset with this experience

To be honest, they help me with my refund, but not all the money, this called win-win, they get you get, but they get more, so you have to pay the extra money for your ticket otherwise you won't get back even a half of your money that is a problem. And they have good and cheap tickets wherever you want to go. Or you can buy directly to the airline. But is good app.

Do not use this service. If you require a refund good luck. I was promised by the first agent and second one says no go. The app has no record of my transaction once it's complete or canceled. CheapOair is dead to me..

Try other apps , if you book you will not able to add to a previous accounts so you would not have access to it , customer service is very very limited and no refunds like other travel apps . If this would of have minus stars would of be a -2... l they haven't update their system in 10 years , still running like 2010. Can't do any updates add favorite travels etc.. worth less than a penny . Oh and misleading also , on main page on bug red letter says track your refund.. can't.0 policy

There is no customer service. No one answers you. For changing the flight, or anything else, you need to hold more than 2 hours for someone to answer ( If do it). The luggage insurance is a joke. If your luggage wont come, no one answers you for your luggage. This time was the last time that I purchase tickets from this website.

Thank you CheapOair for ruining my vacation plans! AA cancelled the 1st leg of my reservation and no alternatives were available with AA. So I was forced to have them issue a refund. I did not receive any notifications that AA flight was cancelled. I only found out, the day before my flight because I tried to confirm my reservation thru CheapOair website. In the process of doing that I kept getting an error about the 1st leg of my reservation which prompted me to contact CheapOair support.
