The worst. They asked me to resend my documents again cause there was an issue.I did it and AFTER A MONTH no one still contact me back. The card is blocked and they dont care about it. I have money on it and customer service is nowhere to be found. Do yourself a favor and dont use this card.

My experience is very bad, I registered and my code was sent, after collecting my card paid 20euros and put in 30 euros, I got message from them immediately that my card has been block and I should resend my passport which I did, till now it has not be open, what happened to my 50euros. If your new in France and can't get a bank account it's helpful. Otherwise it offers nothing special. (Please add a language option - I'm an expat and this account is ideal for expats...but English language support would be nice)
