This barely works with ix100. I have a Galaxy 10plus. It is extremely glitchy. Sometimes it can connect to scanner and other times not. It is completely not reliable. It took me five hours yesterday to get it to work and it was. But of course now it isn't. I cannot scan. This is very frustrating.

Has always been good in the past, but no longer saves docs it considers overlapping (a sticker on a paper can trigger this) even when I specifically select not to delete the doc. I contacted about this a week ago and got no response. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this right away and threw some things I though I had scanned.

This product could have been very good. The Android app requires you to setup the scanner on a PC. Only then can you use the Android Application. Later in the field, when you want to use the scanner again, you may discover that the scanner needs to be reconnected to a PC in order to use the Android app again. What? Why? Im confused! Forcing the use of a PC makes this scanner NOT PORTABLE!! In two words, this app is: Gar Bage.

A lot of the recent issues people are bringing up are true. The functionality isn't seamless with the mobile app. While the scan is in process you cannot back out of the app to do anything else on your phone, it timesout the connection to the scanner and stops scanning mid way. Come on now. Anytime you back out of the app or start it up again it loses connection to the scanner directly, EVEN IF YOUR WIFI IS STILL CONNECTED DIRECTLY. Are you serious!? This should be automatically reconnecting.

Basic functions work to initiate scanning of documents on the iX500 from my phone, but not much else. I was planning to connect to my Google Drive account, but the app demands full read/edit/delete access to all of my Drive's contents. Sorry Fujitsu, there is no way I trust your software this much. This much access is completely unnecessary anyway, I'd like to give it permissions to write files and nothing else but that isn't offered. Please fix this.

It connects and scans ok. Once it's connected, it stays. The problems with this App. does not support subfolders. Only all the documents into one ScanSnap folder. That is not the way people work. And defeats the main purpose of keeping your documents organized. A) You cannot create folders. Have to use an external App for that. B) You can't see any scanned documents that are in subfolders. C) Sync does not work with subfolders. Please add the subfolders support for a 5 star rating.

The app is good but recently having issues scanning receipts to phone. The dimensions of receipt scan isn't the same as paper receipt. It's scanning as letter size. It should be only 3" inches across but it's scanned as 8.5" across. Please build in more options in app. Using Android 10.

The app seems to work, but it isn't very easy to use from a work flow standpoint. After scanning a document, I would like it to be easier to rename and store to Google Drive. The drive part is particulary frustrating because I have to leave the ScanSnap app to put the file into the correct folder.

This is a very poorly designed app. It could not have been tested before release. Start with the fact that it cannot detect the ScanSnap device. It does not open after the first time - it requires uninstall and reinstall to be able to have the Open button work. It is truly an abominably developed app.

It works to scan to your phone. However it really lacks in organization. I want to be able to choose a network destination (smb share...). This is basic small office functionality. Is there a http api for this scanner? Id write an application myself if needed.
