I was very successful in running the standard pkg. Would like to try X pkgs with this Advanced app, but I cannot find documentation to guide me. Command startx in Terminal gives Command not found. The icon included in the install says X Installer not installed. Can anyone advise this newbie? More stars when successful...

Makes easy shell alias. Don't have to rewrite new images when playing around. Wish the audio worked tho. It works on android x86 quite well even had audio in it: though I wish it had raring support. But I understand its experimental. Well done.

This app is so awesome. Ads can be disabled for those who didn't care to check. You have so much control over how it installs where it installs and how to start it. The most advanced app of its kind. Totally bought it!

I'm glad I've payed for this and would pay even more. Anyway not everything is working on my Nexus 7. The installation when smooth and the command line environment works great. Anyway the "Dist MGT" app is not activating the buttons despite chroot running properly. Trying to install from the console I get "ldconfig not found in path" "start-stop-daemon not found in path". So I cannot install the VNC server while lxde installed properly. please improve, cannot wait to see X apps working on my Nexus 7

+5 stars because it works quite well, and has a rather attractive feature set. -2 stars because it's still quite buggy, a lot of obvious stuff which could be fixed and ADVERTS! DO NOT buy this app if the standard version works well enough for you and you simply want to get rid of ads. My screen is only 320x480, I don't have the real-estate for that rubbish. Fair price, but please. Get rid of the ads. I've already paid you. Between the good and the bad, I'm indifferent about this app.

The installed system is severely broken. I tried several versions and flavors of Debian, and most programs I tried installing won't run. It looks like something in the installer misconfigures Apt to break dependencies. The only useful thing I could get it to run is GIMP, and there''s already an android port of that, so I don't see much point in keeping it.
