Completed a quest and earned 485 points instead of the 9905 points. Got locked out of my account even though my login is correct. Changed the language even though there is no settings to do so. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, just buy the actual thing instead. Also can't change my account profile so I'm from 1941 apparently. Now locked out of the quest even though I didn't uninstall the game.

The app is completely flawed. There is no support system on the app if you wanted to claim rewards from a quest you finished on the app. I have finished a quest that was stated as active. After 4 days of completing the quest, no change has occured. There is no support.

They dont give you the points nowadays for completing the required quests... You can open tickets, they take days to respond and then after reviewing, they can only say theyre sorry and give you 10% of the points. Edit: the dev response to this review is ironic, as i explained how they deal with this issue from my experience contacting their support.

I started 3games,1 I accomplish the mission nothing to see from points claimed,still says 50 points.it counts nothing no matter how long I played on the games.and even worse there is no support button nowhere to be found.And finally after a review from you in here no one ever answered me on your website.thou it is full with adds the website you are also ghosts there.terrible service.

Compared to the website version through samsung internet. The app is limited in functionality and displays little in terms of information. The look is to square and the entire theme is a brighter blue to the website. If I am going to be honest I hate using the app. Sure its usefull for getting extra points but for the mean time I will stick to using the website through samsung internet.

Not much to review honestly... I can't even reach any of the apps after I tap PLAY. It brings up the little pop up that is SUPPOSED to take you to the okay store but instead it just opens the browser on either random pop up or error pages saying the offer has expired or whatever. Too bad :/ it looked pretty cool and I was looking forward to properly trying it. Maybe another scam????

At first the GAMEKIT missions were possible, but the last ones they are putting are impossible, I don't know if they are aware or do it with the intention of not giving any points ... level 18 for Guns of glory: Impossible, does not give time or taking advantage of every minute. level 23 for tip tap club: Impossible to climb more than level 20, in addition to being filled with ads. I hope they are concrete cases and not that they want to take advantage of the players without giving points in return.

Honestly it wasn't too bad, I took me around 2 weeks to get enough points for the $15 MasterCard reward. Only things I'd say is that the majority of the apps aren't available, points take a while to be registered, and all rewards are mailed to you... None of the Rewards can be claimed digitally, like the steam cards or game keys for example instead of claiming the reward and them giving you the code to redeem they have to mail it to you which takes 1-3 months... So that's pretty annoying

Something's wrong with this app after my third game I download with this app it's won't let me log in with my Google account. When I try it can't stop telling me "unknown error". My guess is this app that had an update and it's starting to have issues with login. Anyone who works with game that please let me know I really want to login again.
