I can't log into Facebook in order to go visit neighboring villages. Says to update app but no update available. So I can't go visit the neighboring towns in order to complete some tasks... energy runs out way to easily especially when u have to use 7 to chop down 1 tree. Fix the issues so we can fully enjoy the game! I didn't used to have these issues when I played it a couple years ago.

Still unable to login to Facebook... even with the new update. Also not keeping track of things properly for the challenges. For example, one challenge says to collect 10 hearts...25 have been collected and still not counting any.... and we can't help friends to collect any because that has been down for weeks. Can you please fix this already???

9/17/21: Can't connect to Facebook and unable to download a new map for the time travel quests. Both have been not working for at least a month now. 2019: The game was recently updated to fix bugs, but now the game won't launch on my Samsung Galaxy S9. Fix please!

This game is a bit irritating, why is it that only 1 person does all of the darg work while everyone else just stands there cause if they were all working instead of 1 person you can get more done in the game Plus you can't even move the buildings to another spot or have them face a different direction.

Great Great game but can't access network content due to FB log in error which seems to be a common problem. You can play solo and have fun but would be 5 star game if they fixed the FB issue.

Great graphic and game. But One problem. Energy too little. Just 25 and no way to earn energy so that we can continuously play it. Collecting coins already used up 25 energy. Playing this game cant even last for 15min.

Please fix the Facebook bug or allow us to visit the standard neighboring town without being logged into Facebook. I'd live to update my rating. The bugs are constant. I can't even get my animal hospital to work most of the time.

Its a great game. I had this game before and i loved it. However i just installed it on my new phone and it wont let me log into facebook. it gives a user error saying you dont have permission. Ask an admin for permission. Without being able to log in i can not do any of the tasks that envolve visiting a friends town. Before when i had this game you coupd still visit a neighboring town and you did not have to be connected to facebook to do it. This game has always had problems with faceboo

Love the game, but I've basically reached the end. Never been able to connect with friends or Facebook. Would l love to be able to keep buying land and expanding. :( I have supplies that I can't share, buildings with no room to build. No more messages or challenges. 😭
