Unable to sell tickets eventhou they were purchased directly from them! I bought 2 tickets for a sports game but after talking to my wife we realized we were not going to be able to attend on the purchased date. The tickets were automatically transferred out to a different app a which I was forced to download as soon as I paid for them. I attempted to get a refund but was not able to due to there policy. I was them offered "store credit" but then they said that was not possible either.

Fees and higher than normal taxes (not sure how they get away with charging more taxes than others) totally ruin the great price of tickets. Might as well use ticket master. I'd prefer to pay the person selling the tickets more than pay the company $17 a ticket in fees. The fees were $17 for $32 tickets and taxes $5.60. Fees on ticket master for $42 tickets were $7.70 and tax was $0.37. Something doesn't add up...

Bought 3 tickets 30min before game, I arrived at the area 25min later, still haven't gotten my tickets yet so I call gametime spent 45min on the phone, the person who I talked to was not experience and didnt offer a lot of help when it was all said and done I was stuck out side of the arena and never got my tickets he said I will be getting a refund in two day I will lyk if I get that. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP.

Was able to get the tickets for a football game i wanted and a concert I wanted. My favorite part of this app compared to all the other is that it has the map that shows you how much the seats are but also where the located at the arena so you really see what your buying. Its got its online fees like everyone one of them do but this is buy far the best and they do last minute buying deals to which is really cool.

Very simple and easy to navigate and I love the all-in option. I hated when I used to pick my tickets and at checkout the price was ridiculous with fees. Thats why I love this feature and encourage everybody to use the Gametime App.

After careful review and use of this app I suggest you use another one. Make sure no problem with tickets arise they not gonna help you fix the problem and there is no customer service help at all. Spent 900 dollars for wrong game and they said after 24 hr thier is nothing they can do to help me correct it. After numerous attemps I just took action in my own hands because they left me no choices! Fair is Fair and wrong is wrong. RIGHT ON!!!
