The app has gone down hill, it used to be just photo galleries that froze. Now even though I am a paid subscriber. I have to login several times a day and still get told I can not access paid content. I am cancelling my subscription until they fix. It's been months.

The app updates, more often than not, result in the app not starting for weeks. Perhaps worse, after failing to start, the app pops up frequent messages to "Wait or close?" That close does not work; you have to go into settings and use "Force Stop." Only sometimes does the next update fix that.

😃 Every Article, Layout and Organized Templets are 🥇PERFECT, with one exception ! Say your 🤓 Reading a 📰Column, the 📸Photos associated with it are a bit much if you ask me, Respectively. Some photos provided usually number in the 20-40 range! 🤯 This can be a little overwhelmingly if your trying to Correlate the two , the column and pictures. Then you'll be there nearly an hour! 🕗You know? Other than that, a SPLENDID newspaper app and RELIABLE👍 at that! 😁

I got their reduced cost subscription plan but canceled before the more expensive subscription charge went into effect. When I contacted them for a refund for their billing/charging error, I was told they do not issue refunds for less than $10.00

As a subscriber, I can't access news for subscribers! The page returns to sign up and pay again and again. Spoke to many reps who were unable to help me. Can't access the digital news journal or DE Online. Can't get reimbursed as well!

For some reason in last few months, every time I open this app I have to sign in again. Making me want to cancel subscription its so annoying. Used to read my fingerprint automatically or keep me logged in.

Update: I uninstalled/reinstalled the app to gain access. This should not have been necessary. I am still currently not able to sign in to read "Subscriber" items...I am a subscriber, but I will not be for much longer.

Not pleased with having to login every time 😕 I open the app. Don't understand why my account is not being accepted to keep me logged in?? Not recognizing my account 😒 continues even after changing the settings... app sucks!

The application use to work fine now every time I want to read an article I have to sign in if I close the app and come back to read another article I have to resign in again it is very frustrating please fix the app so that all I have to do is sign in one time and stay signed in.
