The TVRMobile mobile app for Android allows mobile devices to remotely monitor live video from TruVision DVRs, NVRs, network cameras, network PTZ domes, via a wireless network. It also has the capability to play back video files, locally store and manage snapshots and videos, manage alarm notifications and information, control alarm output, and execute PTZ controls. After TVRMobile is installed on your mobile device, you can easily log on to the TruVision device via Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G, or LTE. TVRMobile supports a connection to the TruVision devices via an IP address, ezDDNS or UltraSync. Please consult your installer before selecting the connection method. Some connection methods may not be available for your device.

The latest version (April 2021) is super buggy. Specifically, I have the app setup to display feeds from 4 cameras simultaneously. Everything starts out fine, but after a few hours, inevitably the feed for one or two of the two cameras freezes and the app needs to be restarted. I have tried factory resetting the phone, using a different phone, etc and the same problem persists. Please revert the app back to its previous state.

Works very well, with clear live view and playback with remote access. To save data you can also play video on low resolution. Key thing is to have a skilled technician set up whole system.
Dont Know
It took me a bit to figure out, but once you setup the DDNS for your NVR you can access all the cameras and recorded data from months ago. I have sold this system to a couple customers and I am able to remote access there issues and fix problems while on the road. Also able to stack systems up and have multiple systems on this one app to trace the action that is taking place.
A Google user
I love the app but I dislike the upload as it won't work on any other device after I've uploaded it onto my cellphone. This web page on this tablet states 'installed' which it has not. I did authorize the device via the google email I received asking me to do so. I've tried different tablets and laptops to no avail I'm very disappointed.

Poor at best, live view often fails on random cameras. Logging into dvr shows the cameras are still operational. Sometimes I have cameras failing to show in my app that are viable in my partners apple version of the app. Motion notifications worked once but now wont turn on... looking for an alternative

Get something else! This app is absolute garbage. Customer support is non existent. If you happen to ever get it to work, start the clock because it will be down again. I'm convinced that this is the worst that's out there.

Truvision recorders are discontinued start looking for a new system. Wavereader was more functional then they shipped manufacturing overseas, and we got junk like the digia line. Was a shame they used to be a good company.

App keeps running in the background and trying to access the internet despite being closed. Overall app experience is good.

Awesome and intuitive to use. This is not a DIY Costco system. Needs to be set up by a pro. But totally worth it.
