Missing: 1. Ability to use app remotely when not at home. 2. Ability to schedule tempuraature settings 3. Light control... Select what color or pattern of colors. One light control and have to toggle through turning off and on to get to a desired setting. Same thing with the control panel on spa. Tap Tap Tap multiple times to get the lights 🚥 the way you want them 4. Speed... Takes 25-30 seconds to connect to the spa 5. Bluetooth does not memorize the connection or auto connect to phone.

Absolutely useless app! Can't even set scheduled temperature. Don't waste your money. We set energy saver from 0430-00:30 it says cooling to 27c then 1h later it days energy saver active "heating" to 40c Have emailed gecko support and been ignored

I am a blind screen reader user who just purchased a D1 Executive spa. I was VERY disappointed that almost none of the controls in this app had been labeled, making it unusable. Considering the very high cost of D1 spas, I think it's inexcusable for their app not to have been written with accessibility in mind. Previous models had braille on their touch controls, but apparently no thought was given to accessibility in this latest model.

Considering this is a component in spas that sell for $10-20k, I'm extremely surprised as to the lack of proper engineering that went into this app and device! First off, it does NOT work when we try to remotely control our spa from outside our home (neither my Samsung, nor my wife's iPhone), which defeats the purpose of this product entirely. And when on our home Wifi, it takes as long as 40 to 60 seconds for the app to FINALLY connect to the Gecko module which is totally absurd for a product in a high-end purchase such as this. Gecko should be doing alot better than this.

Works as expected. One thing missing is to be able to set the temperature myself when away.. only standard values that cannot be changed are available and these i need to figure out myself. The visual appearance could be a little more colorful.. 5* if I can read-only via home automation api..:-)

This App's continuous inability to connect to the home module is incredibly frustrating. Has not worked more than it has. Received an email today saying this issue has been addressed, but the issue still continues. Unacceptable....period. This issue continues after the recent update.

Constantly stops working and you can't view your hot tub. So frustrating!!! 4th June 21. I have several times and I get no reply!!!!

Receiver loses connection with the internet almost every day. The in.touch 2 receiver needs to be unplugged and replugged to reconnect.
