App NOT free.. you input your info for free but you have to pay to get the "plan." There is a 7-day free trial but when it wanted my billing information I quickly hit the "hell-to-the-F-no-button' and went back to read the reviews. Thank goodness because it doesn't look like anyone is getting a refund for believing they are trying the "free trial".

This app is useless. I can't believe I wasted money on it! I should gave done the free trial. It is very deceiving. You don't get stats. You don't even get music to keep a pace when walking. You have to pay extra for that. You get a bad computer generated voice telling you walk at a slow pace for the warm up, no music, it counts down the last couple of minutes, then tells you walk at a moderate pace, again no music to keep pace. This app deserves -5 stars!!! I'm so mad I wasted money on it!!!

It says you get a 7-day free trial before paying, but I was charged for the entire year immediately and it doesn't look like I'll be getting a refund. The "customized" walking program is just walks for weight loss, meditation, etc. The actual app, though, is just a really obnoxious computer-generated voice saying walk faster or slower on a timer. You could literally replace this app with a stopwatch.

I was under the impression when I signed up that there was a free 7 day trial but when I subscribed I didn't get a free 7 day trial. It charged my card right away. Very sneaky. I wish I would have read some reviews before I purchased because now I see a previous review that there really is no FREE TRIAL and they do not issue refunds. Make sure you really want this app before purchasing!!!

Awful experience!!! I downloaded it to try the trial version out. It didn't work for me and what I wanted to use it for. So I thought I canceled the subscription and I Uninstaller the app from my phone after installing it to find out when I got my cellphone bill that I was charged for a yearly charge. I have emailed them and not heard anything back except a auto reply.

Horrible - Don't Go Past Setup. It will cost you!! This app is deceptive. The creators have seen enough complaints about the confusion that takes place during set up which leads to a hefty fee. In any process improvement company, when the same error is cited over and over, it indicates a problem with the system, or set up direction. Instead of owning the issue and providing a refund they cut and paste a standard response obsolving them of the responsibility and a refund. Horrible!

Buyer beware! If you choose to try this app for the trial period and decide not to continue with the subscription, make sure you read how to cancel properly beforehand because the fine print is very misleading and unclear. They make it sound like you can just turn off auto pay from your account settings before your trial period ends and you won't be charged. However, that option doesn't exist under settings. You have to click "billing terms" way down at the bottom to understand how to access it

Liked the trial so I decided to purchase the premium access. Once I did that, the app quit working. Deleted the app and reinstalled several times and still not working. So I uninstalled the app again, restarted my phone, and reinstalled the app AGAIN and NOTHING! Still doesn't work! what a waste of money! Now I have to work in getting refunded or fixed! Save your self the time and money and skip this app.

I was really hoping for something with better options and more effective than other programs I have used like Samsung Health. I was never given the option for a trial period and the only way to explore the app was to pay for it. Unfortunately, I paid for 1 year... used it once and deleting the app. May worm for someone else... going back to Samsung Health.

The experience I've had with this company is completely RIDICULOUS. It's ruined any chance of me EVER been thinking about recommending this app to anyone. It asked if I wanted to try a trial for a week. I signed up and it automatically charged me for $9.99. It didn't say that at the beginning. It only says if I kept the app that it would be that much. I have emailed the company back and forth and FIVE emails later-still nothing. I'll never recommend this to anyone I know. Worst customer service.
