Sloppily thrown together. I ended up getting charged twice for a month plan because I physically bought a new month, and then got charged again the following morning after turning on autopay. Silly me for assuming the developers of this app would have programmed it to check for a recent purchase. 🙄 The 'Get Help' button under Support is a placebo button, too. Literally feels lazy.

App is terrible, unable to log out of old accounts and log into new even after reinstalling. I called.customer service several times and reached out via their chat and email and still no response. Phone service works great and price is affordable but the app and service are subpar.

On the app there used to have two categories of calls history, Domestic and International. That was pretty useful. But now it shows all calls together. Please change it into two different categories like before.

The app won't even work because it says phone number is not GenMobile and it is. I wanted to use it to set up autopay. Bad system!
