App doesn't let you generate your own boarding pass anymore. Verification of Covid documents just never worked, so had to queue 1+ hour at airport checkin (amazing in times of Covid!). If you cannot handle digitalization of processes, just let it be. Had better experience with Ryanair.

The app is OK but there is no option to fill out myHealth Docs questionnaire. On the web it links to download the app and in every article it is mentioned but never actually linked to the questionnaire - why complicate something that should be so simple??

I couldn't get my digital boarding pass because the application didn't accept my valid Covid vaccination certificate. Why can't you let people simply check in and collect their boarding passes in the application like WizzAir does it and have people present the necessary certificates at the airport? Why do you have to be so typically German and overcomplicate everything? So annoying.

Why am I not able to see where to fill in myHealts Docs???? How does it even work???? The app says that check in is complete and to pick up my tickets at the airport, but still I am not able to fill in any of these myHealts Docs!!??
