INDIGO® weel offers a self-service, shared and free-floating bike solution. It is currently available in 7 cities: Metz, Tours, Bordeaux, Lyon, Toulouse, Angers et Grenoble. Thanks to the mobile APP, spot straight away the available bikes as well as their location. Next, release the lock by facing your phone toward the QR code on the rear of the bike, then simply press the “unlock” button. You can now enjoy a comfortable and safe 3 speeds bike for your daily rides. Once your journey is over, manually close the lock, then report the end of your location of the INDIGO® weel APP. Make sure your bike is correctly parked within the green area, highlighted by “P” on the map. Don’t forget to abide by the service area! A weeler must absolutely park the bike within the green area, at risk of a 15 euros fine. Take the time to check the service area in your city before starting a trip. I used this bike today and end of my travel.locked as well. But still this application showing " my ride is going on " , i clicked the end button also ,but not working . what can do. Edit : Indigo customer care team sorted out this issue immediatly today. thank you for your immediate resoonce.

wonderful way to get around Toulouse! Some hints: had some difficulties setting the app up on my mobile network, but it was easy once I used wifi. also, that may have been the fault of my mobile network and not the app. took 20 min to get the app, a profile, and attach my credit card, but every time after that I used it the process was fast and easy! bikes are heavy with few gears, so be prepared to cycle more slowly than you are used to (and more slowly than the google estimated time of arrival)

Thank you very much. I didn't see the option before. Now I can ensure the app has everything I can need to rent and deliver the car, as well as to provide any feedback regarding the rented bike. Only two minutes I had my account opened. Very efficient. Well done

I hate when I open it to find myself surrounded by bikes in the middle of the Pacific. I also hate when it doesn't even show where I am. Otherwise, easy to use. Edit: This happens even when geolocalisation is activated. Edit 2: My phone is a xiaomi mi A1. But the bugs I mentioned do not happen everytime. Sometimes it works just fine.

I edited this review because after calming down from a very bad experience on your service, the only redeeming thing is the nice people from your customer service. To anyone reading this, I do not recommend Indigo weel as you'll have issues with their app anytime you use it, and will pass more time time trying to lock a bike, than riding it. Cheers!

Good service overall. Bikes do not have helmets, and are for average sized people (tall people will be ok for typical short urban trips). If the QR code scan doesn't work, look for a different QR code on the bike.

I have trouble with the app. Sometimes I can't have a scooter whereas it's not during the night. I can't select the button at the top of the interface. Pls fix this bug.

It was the worst experience ever, the bike quality is mediocre and the service completely sucks! It wouldn't let me end the ride after I parked it hours before. Hopefully I will get a refund:(

Unfortunately I could not use the scooter service because they are not receiving my documents. And also they didn't did any effort to solve the issue even after 3 tickets. How could we trust our money (i.e. credit card number) to an enterprise that can't even solve a simple issue? How will it be managed if we have a billing issue?

Worst experience ever. Doesn't unlock and gets the ride going. Worst of all, can't even cancel the ride. Absolute waste of time and money.
