Great service and app. Love the security and high res upload capability especially. 5+. Update August 2021: Dropping my rating to 3. I have a Galaxy S21 with Android 11 and cannot upload through the app. I have to login via a browser (on my phone) to upload. This is not ideal as it requires that I pick one picture at a time. Fix the Android app and I'll bump my rating back up to a 5.

I used to love this app but now (9/12/21) I can only upload 1 if that. It looks like it is uploading and then nothing. The website does not address this.

Used to love it, now NO. 2021-08-23 can't upload more than one photo even after restarts, and trying direct from app as well as via photos stock app sharing-to Cluster. Android 11 Google Pixel 4 XL. Gotta say this is a real downer when trying to share many photos of a group event 👎

Very buggy - more often then not it won't upload to the albums. I wouldn't recommend this app until it's is fixed (if it ever gets fixed)

What happened?? Cant upload multiple items anymore! Sometimes i can upload 1 video or pic at a time, then right after i cant even do that! Incredibly frustrating. Hoping i wont have to find a diff app and RE-UPLOAD all the videos & pics i have uploaded on here for the past 3 yrs! TECH: please fix & maintain this app!

Nice concept, but I personally have found it very difficult, sometimes impossible, to upload videos or even photos.

Great idea but a little buggy. To load photos from my Google Pixel I have to edit the photos and save them before uploading, otherwise it fails. No idea why and this wasn't the case on my previous Samsung galaxy

Not being able to upload pics directly from the app is a pain (I have an Android OS) but I was able to find a work around so I can still use the app. Other than that its a good app...

Very easyg to use, but sometimes oddly unwilling to upload. The display of images is sometimes a bit odd in galleries as well. But in general a great app for sharing family memories for our family across 4 countries.

So frustrating that I can't load up photos @ all. Look for some other mobile app cause this will NOT upload your pics Cluster is right.. This thing sucks.
