Very very basic! Could show much more . It's not real time. Updates around every 5-10 minutes. Doesn't respond to update / refresh. I'd like to see a real time app, refreshing every second while I'm in the app. Also doesn't show the 2 inverter solar inputs separately, very annoying! Could also show the total power for different offered powers (integrated)..

App OK when it works. 75% of the time it states that the panels are off line even though its daylight and the panels are generating. The next it it might work all day only to fail the next. After a few updates, this program works a lot better. Connection to the panels is 100% of the time. Rating updated from 1 to 4.

Working fine for about two months, then suddnely (for no apparent reason) lost connection to the inverter, with a message that there was no wi-fi connection. I know this is not the case as all other apps working fine. I can find no useful help to try and resolve this - even the suggestion that I go to Settings is useless, as this option does not show anywhere! Very disillusioned!

Really awful. Can't refresh the screen despite having refresh symbol. So it shows what was happening up to 9 minutes ago. You click refresh symbol and it refreshes to reveal exactly the same view you had already seen. Can't control my solar setup as this is monitor only. It did report to me a fault with my batteries which I would not have known about otherwise. The English is very poor. They updated it in August but it remains truly terrible. Unfortunately I am stuck with it.

Scan SN and it says "Invalid". Connect to wi-fi, it doesn't like the symbols used. Lots of mistakes in English language. Very disappointed.

Worked good for first two months. Then suddenly not showing data of generation. Even if Sim card is connected and inverter is also working.

Works OK, get your installer to help you set up while they're commissioning your system. @Solis app needs some serious UX development esp. for international users. Auto-refresh would be a good idea and date and time of last data, not '3 mins ago'. Then again, the web interface is way more user friendly... think I might use that instead! 🤣

Checked inverter shows 1000w. App shows 620w. Very poor app, don't relie on it for accurate info.

Woeful, does not even function. Its almost impossible to add your device, if by some miracle it decides to read the bar code, maybe because some cosmic event has aligned itself, you then get to adding the network. Here is the infinity loop of shocking design and terrible English. I have no adoe how to get past this point. Anything you try wipes and starts again. Thus back to scanning the barcode and waiting for Mars to move a bit left.

I had my Solis Inverter installed a day ago and immediately installed the app. The app itself has a great layout. I don't mind the 5 minute update interval on the device info tab. The Summary tab however is painfully slow to catch up and is currently showing "updated as of 16h ago"!! The current generation on the summary tab hasn't ever worked yet and just shows a line. Over all the app has all the features there it just need further refining to get it all working properly.
