9 days past my ticket about how I can't access restaurants once I log in. To what I went thru the dumbest troubleshooting I have ever heard of, basically asking me questions I already answered to like 3 times already. Then they closed it with "we'll look into it" 9 days. Haven't heard a word eversince. So problem got ignored by what I can only imagine a incompetent bunch. Incompetence galore. Cheers

The foodpanda tema is completely disaster in taking customer advise. I have experience various of inconvenience with their app. For example, foodpanda will proceed your order with no consideration on available riders. As a result, you will be waiting 2 hours to cancel the order. Meanwhile, any kind of the reasons given by the help center are copied from template, which can be a good thing. But the reality is all the words are just to calm you to wait longer, instead of taking real action.

The only problem I always have when using online payment for this app is, the seller failed to fullfill my orders completly due to sold-out issue while payment been made in full amount. I still doubt if FP will refund correctly as I never got any notification of a refund..if any ! The Help Center also didn't do much help. From now on, I have to remind myself not to use credit/debit card anymore.

Their are so many problens with this thing, buggy UI, lack of features etc. But the biggest problem is that for some goddamn reason it just doesn't display all the restaurants. It'll say "there are 55 restaurants in your area" and when you actually click on it they give you only 2. It's so stupid because sometimes it works completely fine and i can order stuff with ease. Useless app.

App is terrible when it comes to order changes, it does not give notice aside from the app's messaging system which gives no notification. You will be forced to order again and pay for their overpriced delivery services again. They will also refuse to correct this mistake even though they should be the ones who should cantact you directly on your mobile number if there are issues with the order.

i think it is better for you to remove your search function. if u search McD, 500 results come out including ais kacang and capati that come out on the top but not the result i am searching for. What is the point of having a search function then?

TLDR: Customer Service Sucks. Full details: Been unable to pay in cash for months now due to reasons and it's still unresolved. Kept telling me to "wait after 24-48 business hours" without actually fixing it each time I raise it. Disappointing, because other than that, the app is pretty decent. A shame I can't say the same about their customer service.

1) App shows mostly fake photos of the food for selection for restaurants. 2) App also do not show payment options for restaurants at the beginning of order. 3) Dishonest display of delivery fees when selecting restaurant. During payment, the delivery charges will be different from advertised screen. 4) Delivery charges of RM4.99 for 2km distance? Seriously???

This app is easy to use but sometimes it takes to much time to deliver from a nearby restaurant. Last time my order was not available so the bakery staff called me ask to change the order i said ok send me .....but he said you can't order more or less then previous order amount, I had to cancel my order and and it took too much time to cancel and reorder.

Please either fix how you map system works for the drivers or train them to use the map on your system. Half the time I order the driver is getting lost. I can't imagine using a map is that difficult. It's literally their job. Thanks
