If all you do is listen to music, they will be fine. Not sure why there is not a noise canceling feature with these. Whenever I get a phone call with them in, all the people do is complain about how loud the background noise is. Would be a 5 star if they put some effort in the phone call side of the platform. Connects just fine with my phone every time and the battery life is good. There is also no mute button and I tend to use that often in my job while using Bluetooth. So.. 3 stars max

Can't review this app properly as I cannot get past pairing my headphones with Bluetooth. I select the product (elite 65t), press the button until it flashes blue, and then the app prompts me to my Bluetooth settings where I pair.. that's great and all and the product is working except in regards to the app itself, it will not proceed past this point.

Everything is great. Except the persistent notification. I read another review where they said the same thing, and Jabra replied stating this was a Google/Android requirement. Which yes, you are right, however, with the new NotificationChannel API you can set importance to "min" where it only shows a small thing in the notification shade. I use this for my own apps, please do the same and I will update my review.

Good sounds quality but eats battery like crazy. Also no icon and the only way to communicate to it is through the app store which seems a little shady. Also as I move it work out, it loses connection. They keep saying I need to reset my device but it is not doing anything.

intention is Useful and simple app design. i like that it allows you to find the headphones if lost. however new users beware, its an Intrusive app. it requires to run in the background constantly. i would recommend downloading and update your Jabra software via the app. after that uninstall it. do this every 3-6 month to check for newer updates. beacuse having it installed drains your headphone and phone battery fast.

Utterly useless since about 4 weeks. There must have been an update of some sort, regardless, my Jabra Elite 65T connect to the bluetooth, but the app itself is restricted, and therefore won't open. This needs a fix. I've already tried the app permissions area. Might have to send the headphones back. Huawai Honor 9.

OK, figured it out, download Jabra assist then when you turn the headset on, hold the button in for like 20 seconds instead of 5. RE:I just bought the elite 25 or whatever and I connected it straight away but then I realised there was an app and as soon as I downloaded the app it can't connect to my phone anymore, even after I deleted the app, does that mean part of the app is still in my phone after deleting? Or has it just corrupted my head phones, regardless my advice is not to download app.

I just got the Jabra Elite Sport and downloaded the proper app to connect to my Huawei P20 Pro. The headset connects easily and without flaw most of the time. But the sports app depends on this service app, and it does not work very well at all. I was about to return the EUR 220,00 headset because I could not use the sports features. However, changing the settings in Configuration->Battery->App Launch to "Manual" and enabling all three options, seems to have improved/fixed connectivity ...

Very frustrated with this app. I can't pass the pairing process though the app. It works okay with my phone though but I can't use the app as it doesn"t get pass that "go oto bluetooth settings" process. Therefore the headphones (elite 65T and Elite sport, I have both) don't have too much power... Very disapointed. And no answer from mail support what so ever.

Can hardly ever get it to work, but it works well on the rare ocassion that it decides to refrain from being temperamental.
