Just downloaded & attempting to log my visa card. Both when I manually write it & scan it, it doesn't register and takes me back to begin again. Frustrating & so will not use

App has generally worked as it should the various times I've used it over the past several years. Something basic that really needs to be addressed is allowing us to update credit card expiry dates. Currently you can only do this by adding a new card but the expired card remains on the payment method list (without the date visible, only last 4 digits of card number), so the old one could be selected inadvertently. No obvious way of deleting obsolete cards, either expired or closed accounts.

Shithouse . Trying to log in. Says password is incorrect although it is. Tried to reset password and it says option not available. Tried to log in through FB through the link on the app and that comes up with an error message. How can you possibly use the service if you can't access it. I gave it 1 star because zero stars wasn't an available option.

Apparently my account is blocked though I've never had the chance to use the service. Getting help or deactivating the account requires a web form with a captcha that apparently doesn't work on mobile, and in any case doesn't close the account or wipe personal details. They still get to keep those, apparently.

Customer service is rubbish. I bought $100 credit for $75 with one of their deals, and never received the voucher as promised. Tried multiple times to get answers from the support team, 1 response, which still didn't get me my voucher THAT I BOUGHT, or a refund. Don't use this app, they are liars.

Got charged twice for single trip. Have been trying to have money re-funded or be able to use the voucher where the credit amount is stored. Delay. Ignore. Standard responses. Nice little profit for the company.

Best taxi app - booking easy, payment easy, ratings easy, billing easy, rewards nice. One improvement would be handy - allowing you to tag flights to a booking to/from an airport (this tagging would be incredibly handy when customers get delayed by changing flight schedules).

after I log in the app says 'please wait' with no further progress. I've restared the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice to give it a chance, however the problem remains.

This isn't the local taxi app I used to use on my old Microsoft phone. The logo is totally different, and the website. That's probably why i can't log in at all anymore.

No explanation of how this works what sort of costs for a trip or what the different classes of cars are. And you can't look inside the app until you create an account. I'm deleting it.
