Drivers speak little to no english. The buses are filthy, trash and roaches everywhere. My orignal trip was cancelled hours before my departure and i was told if a new ticket cost more i would have to pay but i was not refunded the difference as the new ticket was lower. The ac didnt work. The bus smelled like piss, and then the bus caught fire.

I like traveling with this company. My major problem is they are always late by an hour picking me up from the O'Donnell Cut Off stop at the TA stop with the truckers. It is usually night time and to dark, for a woman traveling. It is seriously disrespectful to the customer. The customer should be treated better, since it is them who keeps this company in business. People need to check and put their own luggage on the bus. The bus driver is NOT responsible. Cleaner bathrooms are needed badly!!!

My experience was HORRIBLE I. am writing a review to let people know especially the ones with kids. do not use this service. I paid $300 on the day before Thanksgiving for a ride from fort Myers to Kissimmee Florida. They LEFT ME at a Walmart in fort Myers the morning of November 27th basically only got the ride back home because I had no other choice. And still have not received any type of refund! anyone with info on this company please try to contact me! Will never use you guys again.

rear of bus stinks. i showed up 30 mins early. waited an 1.5 hours after time to realize bus past my stop and wasnt returning. i contacted support. i ended staying at hotel last night and waiting 24hrs for next bus to show up. company didnt issue any compensation or free ride

The time on the ticket was 9:20 I got there at 9:00 and left at 10:45 pm the bus never came. The numbers provided do not work. I'm contacting the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Horrible service terrible the bus never arrive i got to the location at 445 and waitedntill 630 no bus the dollar tree in the plaza at walmart no bus horrible service jever came cant contact no one or get a holdd of no one i wont book ever again i got charged for service i couldnt even make my trip on time to miami not even a 1 star it deserves coach run

They don't have any current information of me. However they sure as hell took my info regarding my debit card information. Schedule my trip. Yet inspite of it all this they claim that my email address and debit card information is at default. I seriously don't get it. There are about 3 to 4 withdrawals to my bank account regarding to this matter. Please advise this situation. Or better yet handle it!! Thank you.

I order a ticket n then they said they needed more info. You had enough to take my money but not enough to send the ticket so my son is in Alabama waiting I'm going to have to buy another ticket or he sits till it resolved. Unbelievable

Too many broken scripts made this app non-working. Developers really need to get a credit and hire some instituition in order to check back daily in order to make sure it app is running smoothly.
