Grandstream Wave is a FREE softphone application which allows users to make and receive voice/video calls through their business or residential SIP accounts on any Android™ device (version 4.1+) from anywhere in the world, via either cellular data or WiFi. Having tried to re-do the settings on line, I resorted to contacting customer service AND through a process of un-installing, re-installing and re-entering and/or changing settings FINALLY got the app up and running! Glad it is working but it just shouldn't have been that complicated!

Still good 👍 For you'll having problems with no ringing after Android update; you might need to Uninstall then reinstall. The new Android update changes security features.

Can't connect to DYL, called the company no help from the manufacturer. They put me off to my group for help. 3 days on this, im just going to call manually. By the way I have a Samsung 10+ shouldn't be an issue.

Great product - stable and relatively good call quality. Auto-redial on busy and auto-redial no answer call terminated would be very valuable additions to functionality.

I like this app, but it hasn't been updated in ages and has some problems: 1. Registrations stop working randomly every few days. Force-stop and starting the app fixes it, but it's really troublesome. 2. NAT detection needs improvements. It doesn't distinguish when the SIP server is in/outside the NAT. I can't just disable NAT detection because the phone moves between them. 3. Audio quality isn't so good (could be my phone's fault).

Not happy with this app because when the call connected after 15 min automatically the voice is not coming from another side or it has been suddenly stopped. Please do something otherwise we have only option to provide low feedback...

App used to be good. Still functional but degrading compared to alternatives. Also, app is using massive battery usage in the background even when not using. Uninstall it and battery returns to normal with it my battery doesnt last longer than 3-4 hours.

The app is good overall. but I am having an issue with incoming calls. If the phone is in idle, I am unable to answer an incoming call. The screen comes up but neither the Answer nor the Reject button has any effect whatsoever. This is really inconvenient, particularly when receiving calls from corporate number extensions, as it is impossible to know who is calling.
