Great game in theory. In reality needs a major overhaul. Be advised they use slang, prefixes, and some non english words thrown in the mix. Most of which is okay. Not a fan of random foreign words.

These game developers need a dictionary. I forgot that's why this game used to frustrate me so and why I quit playing. A lot of words that ARE words are called "Wrong!" which drives me nuts. (Ex: Gam - slang for leg. Gar - a kind of fish. Cur - a mangy dog.) If they would update the words, that would be great.

Unless you're a Brit, this game will constantly frustrate you. Words that no longer exist in American usage -- or never did -- are common in this game. For instance, "learnt" and "dreamt." These are words we never see in print and I, for one, do not see them in this game. Also, as others have noted, words that ARE common for us are not allowed. The word "café" was one. And then, really obscure words can pop up. ("Raceme" anyone?) If the makers would make an American version, I probably would start playing again.

Listen, I like this game. I do. I play it regularly to destress. However, two big issues: well one is not an issue just something I think would make the game better - there are no achievements. But the other thing is, it regularly wants you to guess words that are...not really words. Like, either archaic or just very obscure etc. When you click on a word you don't know it handily gives you a definition...however the definition for those words is, shocker, actually for a different form of the word. For instance today I got the word "lazied". Lazied?? What? I click on it, and it takes me to "lazy". Anyway...yeah they need to work on that.

So close but guys, you need to work on the dictionaries that you have. Fed up of not spotting words from the 18th century that nobody uses anymore. It's a great game otherwise, I happily bought it...
