Used to be good, earlier there was option to select slot for delivery. It made sense for working people to have stuff delivered at a time of their convenience. Now the nearest slot gets selected automatically. On top of that there is a surge charge on every order now because every order is booked for that nearest slot causing a surge for delivery. Please fix this broken system of surge and locked slots.

Grofers has been my favourite and to go marketplace. But off late I am experiencing a bug in the search option. Whatever I search for, the answer is always 'Try Again'. This happens even when the product is available and I can locate the product through the category button. The search is not working even if I look for a generic item like 'atta' or 'biscuits'. Kindly have this checked.

Products are Good. Delivery is worst. Delivery boy calls and requests each and every time I order that he will show my order delivered in 10-12 minutes as Grofers promise delivery in 15 mins and after showing fake delivered, products get delivered in 1 or 1.30 hr. Pathetic service. I would like to mention one thing that the products are really GOOD.

I placed an order and it was showing delivery in 15 minutes. Delivery boy called me up and asked for correct address. I said come to location and then I will guide you as it's just a minute distance from there in case you are not familiar with the address. Now that man marked the delivery failed due to reason being address not found. POOR GROFER!! POOR SERVICE!! POOR DELIVERY SERVICE!!

Sitting at the comfort of our homes ordering wide range of groceries including non veg tht too with good price..better than our kinara stores. And best part is instant delivery within 3-4 hrs is the best. I think they are better than Amazon Fresh in terms of pricing and delivery. Also can see their hard work in adding variety of new products every month. Kudos to team and all the best and keep giving us good rates on quality products.

This is the most horrible app ever. The customer service is pathetic and extremely unhelpful. First of all I paid in advance, half my items were not delivered. When I tried contacting customer support, I did not receive any response. I also kept trying for a refund on the missing items but the server was down. And later when I tried again it said the time for complaint is over. My money also gone and items also not delivered. The customer support is extremely horrible and rude. They do not value

Hello Grofers, we didn't ask for priority delivery then why are you not giving us an option to change the delivery slot in new version. From the past 3 days I've been noticing this. Sometimes you ask for 50 rs for priority delivery and sometimes it was 30. I don't want to pay you extra, just give us the option to choose the slot.

So the app just decided we will not be serving in your location any longer. Ni notification. Nothing. They keep changing things on a whim. First they changed the entire app where all my saved points just vanished. I don't even remember if my premium membership is still active or not, so if I have paid is for nothing. Great way to just scam people previously 3 months I had premium membership but not a single delivery slot wasavailable Then this. Is it always going to work in limited areas only?

Irritating changes grofers had done. 1. Quality of products decreased substantially. Promoting their own products. 2. Charging for every delivery in the name of 10 min delivery & peak demand. 3. No scheduled delivery is possible. 4. Prices are higher than retailers even after having large inventories. 5. Changed Chat support completely. Eliminating Human interaction day by day.

Earlier it was a unique app but now it has lost its uniqueness due to the following reasons. Firstly now there is no more option of "add to existing order" option, secondly now we can't oder more than 10 kgs of wheat flour or rice, thirdly earlier the prices were low on Grofers compared to Amazon, Flipkart & Bigbasket but the prices of each & every item is high compared to all the other above mentioned apps.
